From 8 to 4 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price, but at least €30.00. iii. From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price. iv. From 2 to 1 week before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the rental price. v. From 6 days before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the rental price. In the case of a new booking following a cancellation or after the expiry of an option, room-4-u GmbH charges a processing fee of €10. room-4-u will waive or reduce the cancellation fees down to a flat rate of €30.00, as far as it is possible for room-4-u to generate equivalent income by re-renting for the canceled period. A booking that has already been rescheduled cannot be canceled for free anymore.
