PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The holiday apartment (approx. 60 m²) is located in immediate proximity to the beach (as the crow flies approx. 30 meters, less than a minute's walk away) and is situated on the raised ground floor of a detached holiday house – consisting of only 3 holiday apartment units in total – directly on the lakeshore, with a private jetty, not far from the Gardaland amusement park (as the crow flies 80 meters, approx. 800 meters from the main entrance).
It consists of a living room with sofa bed and SAT-TV, a kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with shower and WC. Washing machine and dishwasher are available.
Outside there is a terrace, a private garden, and a lockable parking space. The property is completely fenced.
A stay in this holiday apartment is especially recommended for families.
The nearest shopping facilities are approx. 3 km away, the nearest restaurant directly on the lakeshore approx. 400 m.
The apartment is also furnished with great care – see under “FULL EQUIPMENT” – and is only a few minutes’ walk from the village center of PACENGO. There you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a bank, a hairdresser, and numerous restaurants. There is also a home service for pizzas.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Attention holidaymakers with motorboats! Trailer parking space and buoy available, directly at the harbor in Pacengo, only a 10-minute walk away!

Location and surroundings of object
In the immediate vicinity there are many shopping opportunities and large outlet centers where you can find branded goods at bargain prices. The atmosphere is inviting, as the stores in the outlet center are laid out like a small shopping street and not in an enclosed mall.
The surrounding towns: Lazise, Garda, Bardolino, Peschiera, Sirmione, Valeggio + Verona offer natural beauty and interesting architectural monuments. The small village of Pacengo near Lazise is located on the panoramic lakeside road between Lazise and Peschiera, and has numerous good restaurants and pizzerias, which are easily reachable on foot from our villa. The small and somewhat picturesque harbor of Pacengo is also just a few minutes’ walk away. Close by (about 2 to 3 kilometers) are the most well-known amusement parks Gardaland, Movieland, and Aquaparadise, as well as the thermal park in Cola near Lazise.

Super vacation
Since we have had Guido several times as an intermediary for vacation rentals, I can only say that everything is as described in the advertisement.
The perfect location by the lake with its own dock is simply brilliant.
The apartment is clean and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

THANK YOU for a great summer 2025
Thank you very much, Guido, for your great hospitality.
We had a wonderful, short two weeks with our dog in this vacation apartment.
A great area, as this residential area is completely fenced/security; as well as the vacation apartment itself is also separately fenced. There is no lack of security here.
It is 30 meters to the water.
Especially practical for those who have a dog/"water rat" or also want to use their stand-up paddle. One can walk or ride a bike along the promenade for an endless length.
In about 15 minutes on foot, there is a beach with loungers and umbrellas, where dogs are also allowed.

In about 10 minutes (right side), you reach the next camping area, where you can eat well or swim at the beach; without loungers and umbrellas.
Overall, this location is super central, to drive to Manerba in about 1 hour;
or in the other direction to Garda (about 25 minutes). In the apartment, everything is really available. It is very clean. Even dishwashing tabs and garbage bags have been thought of. With the air conditioning, it is very pleasant, or depending on the temperature, the fan above the bed is also very practical.
In the garden, there is enough space to play badminton or take a nap. The only point of criticism, which has nothing to do with the apartment, is the many mosquitoes - since you are very close to the water. Since the accommodation is directly behind Gardaland, one can take a walk there and save on parking fees. :-)
The sounds of Gardaland are relatively manageable.
We are also very grateful for the offer that one can eat super delicious, affordable, and diverse at the restaurant "Fantasia."
We had an all-around great and tasty vacation.

Class vacation
The week of vacation was really great, the holiday apartment is about 30 meters from the lake, but from the terrace, you have a view of the lake. Through a small path, you can reach the beach in 1 minute with a private jetty for which you get a key. Along the promenade by the lake, there are several restaurants and bars that can be easily reached on foot. The apartment itself is in good condition despite being somewhat older. Everything was clean and fully matched the description. Everything needed was available. The grill on the terrace was really great, allowing us to prepare delicious fish or meat with a view of the lake. For dogs, the enclosed garden also allows them to move freely. We are really very satisfied and would book with Guido again at any time as he was absolutely reliable and truly accommodating. Overall, a great week at our favorite lake. Dear Guido, thank you again. ? ? ♂️

Pure relaxation
As already praised by the previous tenants of this holiday apartment, we join in on the many praises. It is a beautiful, hidden, and not easily accessible property that is completely enclosed, good for our dog Gustav finally being a property owner where nobody could enter. The path to the promenade and the private jetty is not even 3 minutes away, through a closed gate, down a few steps, and you are already by the water. Great. Remember to bring shoes for swimming, but that's common at Lake Garda if the stones bother you.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and if you still feel like having a barbecue, no problem, just like at home, light the charcoal and put the sausages on the new grill.
The welcome from Guido was very warm, you immediately felt familiar, everything was explained well including free access to the pool paradise and discounted bills at the pizzeria.
Shopping is easy, everything is relatively close by car, reachable within 1 km in the surrounding area.
The amusement park behind the property makes you want to participate, so if you have children, you don't have to walk far. The beach bar 100 meters away is also quite useful, for thirst during the day or in the evenings when you're sitting on the large balcony, saving your radio and always having the best hits with a holiday flair.
Enough reporting, thank you Guido for the wonderful time, your kindness, and the lovely holiday apartment for us. It was our 4th holiday at Lake Garda and the best one yet.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Kontakt an super aufgehoben gefühlt!
Der Kontakt mit Guido war sehr sehr freundlich und vor Allem unkompliziert.
Die Lage der Unterkunft war einfach Klasse.
Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war für uns vollkommen ausreichend.
Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und es war auch alles sauber.
Wir haben so viel gesehen und erlebt, dass wir sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Wir hatten wunderschöne knappe, zwei Wochen mit Hund in dieser Ferienwohnung.
Eine tolle Gegend, da dieses Wohngebiet komplett umzäunt/gesichert ist; sowie auch die Ferienwohnung noch mal separat mit einem Zaun. An Sicherheit mangelt es hier nicht.
30 m sind es bis zum Wasser.
Besonders praktisch, wer einen Hund / "Wasserratte" hat oder auch sein Stand Up Paddel nutzen mag.
Man kann entlang der Promenade unendlich lang laufen oder mit dem Rad fahren.
In circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß ist ein Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, wo auch Hunde erlaubt sind.

In circa 10 Minuten (rechte Seite) ist man im nächsten Campingbereich, wo man toll essen kann oder auch baden am Strand; ohne Liegen und Sonnenschirme.
Insgesamt ist dieser Standort super zentral, um bis nach Manerba ca. 1h zu fahren;
oder in die andere Richtung bis nach Garda (ca. 25 min).
In der Wohnung steht wirklich alles zur Verfügung. Es ist sehr sauber.
Selbst an Spültabs und Müllbeutel wurde gedacht.
Mit der Klima ist es sehr angenehm oder je nach Temperatur ist der Ventilator über dem Bett auch sehr praktisch.
Im Garten ist genügend Platz, um Federball zu spielen oder ein Mittagsschläfchen zu machen.
Einziger Kritikpunkt, was aber nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun hat; sind die vielen Schnaken
- da man eben sehr nah am Wasser ist.
Da die Unterkunft direkt hinter dem Gardaland ist, kann man zu Fuß einen Ausflug dort hin machen und spart sich die Parkgebühr. :-)
Die Geräusche des Gardalands sind relativ überschaubar.
Sehr dankbar sind wir auch über das Angebot, dass man im Restaurant "Fantasia" super lecker, preiswert und vielfältig essen kann.
Wir hatten einen rund um tollen und leckeren Urlaub.
Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und wer noch Bock auf was gegrilltes hat, auch kein Problem wie zu Hause, Kohle an und Wurst drauf auf den neuen Grill.
Der Empfang war sehr herzlich von Guido, man war sich sofort vertraut alles wurde bestens erklärt inklusive von freien Eintritt ins Pool Paradies und reduzierten Rechnungen in der Pizzeria.
Einkaufen geht gut von der Hand, alles relativ nah mit dem Auto ab 1km in der Umgebung zu erreichen.
Der Freizeit Park hinter dem Grundstück macht Lust zu mitmachen, also wer Kinder hat muss nicht weit laufen. Strandbar 100 Meter hin ist auch ganz nützlich, mal so für den Durst oder abends wenn man auf dem großen Balkon sitz spart man sein Radio und hat immer die besten Hits mit Urlaubsflair.
Schluss mit berichten, danke Guido für die schöne Zeit, deiner Freundlichkeit und der für uns schönen Ferienwohnung.

Die Wohnung liegt nahe bei den Abenteuerparks
Bei der Bar an der Promenade ist jeden Abend große Party, sodass man sich zwecks Abendgestaltung keine Gedanken machen muss.
Für Vogelfreunde der Hinweis, An der Promenade liegt das Vogelschutzgebiet.
Es gibt dort verschiedene Enten und Schwâne zu sehen.
Man erreicht schnell die Straße um den See und die bekannten Nachbarstädte.
Rabatt bei der Pizzeria im Nachbarort ist auch sehr gut und kann zum Speisen empfohlen werden.
Die pure Idylle quasi direkt am Wasser! Zugang zur Promenade und zum Steg (nur für Anlage) nach ein paar Schritten über eine Treppe.
Wenn abends der letzte Vogel verstummt ist, konnten wir vom Balkon aus Fledermäuse durchs Halbdunkel fliegen sehen und pure Stille genießen.( Die 'freudigen Geräusche' durch "Gardaland" haben abends früh geendet zu dieser Jahreszeit.)
Einkäufe haben wir im Zusammenhang mit unseren Unternehmungen erledigt. Naheste Möglichkeit für frisches Brot wäre in Pacengo.
Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung entspricht exakt den Fotos und Beschreibungen.

Der gesamte Kontakt mit Guido war äußerst positiv! Er ist zuvorkommend, sehr zuverlässig und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Die Kontaktaufnahme, Abwicklung und alles weitere was mit persönlichem Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber zu tun hatte, war sehr freundlich und absolut unkompliziert. Einfach nur nett!
An der Lage der Wohnung gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Der Weg zum See ist sehr nah und über einen Gang und eine kleine Treppe ist man innerhalb von 1min am See. Dadurch das sich das Haus mit dem Apartment in einer Sackgasse befindet gibt es quasi keinen Verkehr. Das Wohngebiet ist nur durch ein elektronisch zu öffnendes Tor zur erreichen und der Weg zum See ist auch durch eine Tür "gesichert".
Tagsüber ist es allerdings von der Geräuschkulisse lauter. Das Gardaland liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe auf der Rückseite des Grundstücks. Uns hat es in nicht gestört. Wir waren tagsüber eh meistens unterwegs.
Die Wohnung selber ist zweckmäßig und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Mit zwei Personen und mittelgroßer Hund von der Größe und Aufteilung mehr als ausreichend für uns.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an unseren Vermieter. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder.
Man hört einige Geräusche aus dem Gardaland, es hält sich aber in Grenzen.
Die Betreuung durch Guido war super.
Zugang zum See mit privaten Steg ist in 50 Meter erreicht. Sehr schöne angelegte Promenade, keine Autos ideal auch für Hundebesitzer. Die Lage ist ein guter Ausganspunkt um nach Pesciera, Lazise und Bardolino in kürzester Zeit zu kommen.
Guido unser Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und man bekommt in bestimmten Lokalen über ihn Prozente. Wir buchen wieder bei ihm. Gardaland und Moviland sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und entspricht den Fotos. Alles war sauber und die Lage ist super: in wenigen Schritten ist man direkt am See.
Die Kommunikation mit Guido war sehr nett und zuverlässig. Wir wurden von ihm sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne, sonnige Woche hier und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

vor allem sehr Ruhig man hört sogar den See rauschen.Am See entlang kann man sehr schöne Spaziergänge machen auch der Hund hat viel zu schnuppern ,leider wurde unser Blacky krank und wir brauchten einen Tierarzt hierbei hat uns Guido schnell geholfen und einen Termin beim Tierarzt vereinbart überhaupt ist Er ein lieber, freundlicher und aufmerksamer Vermieter,wenn dann kommen wir nur zu Guido wieder an den Gardasee!
Die Betreuung ist ausgesprochen nett und charmant.
Die Ausstattung ist reichhaltig und gut durchdacht. Geschirr, Handtücher und vieles mehr ....
Ausserdem eine hilfreiche Klimaanlage und ein prima Garten.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Guido am vereinbarten Treffpunkt empfangen und zur Wohnung in einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage begleitet, wo Guido uns kurz alles erklärt hat. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und es fehlte nichts zumal das Wetter auch mitgespielt hat.
Guido ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und wir danken ihm für seine herzliche Unterstützung. Wenn der Gardasee wieder unser Urlaubsziel sein wird, werden wir bestimmt wieder eines seiner Objekte bevorzugen.
Nach ein paar Metern ist man am Privatzugang zum Gardasee, und kann von dort nach Pesciera oder Lazise laufen. Die Hunde und wir haben es täglich genossen. Nach dem Bootshafen in Richtung Lazise sind wir des öfteren in der Pizzeria direkt an der Promenade eingekehrt. Auch in der Pizzeria Le Risette in Pacengo hat man uns mit den Hunden gerne bewirtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Wetter hat für uns Hundeleute gepasst, Sonnenanbeter wären wohl nicht auf ihre Kosten gekommen. Fast täglich meldete sich Guido über Whatts up, und fragte, ob es in der Wohnung warm genug wäre, und hat sich für das Klima entschuldigt.
Die Wohnung ist so wie abgebildet und beschrieben - passt alles. Sie befindet sich in einer mit einem Tor abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage. Wenn man gerne zu Fuß losläuft gelangt man direkt durch ein kleines Tor (verschlossen) zum Gardasee.
Aufgrund der Nähe zum Gardaland, Movieland etc. und der Nähe zum Strand ist die Wohnung für Familien mit Kindern und Hunden gut geeignet. Für ältere Paare bedingt. Leute, die gerne "flanieren" sind an der Promenade von Lazise oder Peschiera del Garda gut aufgehoben.
Guido ist ein sehr zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner . Wir haben ihn 1x kurzfristig benötigt und er war in kurzer Zeit zur Stelle.
Ich hatte vor der Reise erwähnt, dass wir den Geburtstag meines Mann während dieser Zeit feiern. Im Kühlschrank war dann prompt eine Flasche Sekt. Sehr, sehr aufmerksam!
In der Ferienwohnung (fast am Ende der "Siedlung") hat Guido uns alles erklärt und gezeigt und angeboten dass wir uns jederzeit melden können wenn etwas ist.
Im Haus waren wir ab dem 2. Tag völlig allein (Nebensaison) was sehr angenehm ruhig war und die Hunde konnten so auch mal im Garten herum rennen. Früh's um 7 war am Gardasee noch rein garnichts los, so konnte ich mit meinen 2 Hunden dort gemütlich entlang schlendern. Den See erreicht man in einer Minute und man kann abends den Sonnenuntergang in all seinen Facetten genießen. Für Romantiker sicher ein Traum :)
Das Bett ist übrigens ein Traum. Riesengroß und bequem!
In den beiden Restaurants von denen es über Guido 20% gibt waren wir leider nicht, aber das haben wir für unseren nächsten Besuch mit eingeplant.
Einziger Wehmutstropfen war die Helloweenparty im Gardaland, die bis 00 Uhr ging und mit einem Feuerwerk endete. Die Party an sich hat uns mit der lauten Musik nicht sonderlich gestört allerdings ist das Feuerwerk für Hunde die Angst haben sehr kontraproduktiv, da es wirklich direkt nebenan ist. Meine Hunde sind da gottseidank entspannt. Guido kann hierfür natürlich nichts aber evtl. wäre es für Besitzer mit ängstlichen Hunden sinnvoll, vorab zu klären ob eine spezielle Veranstaltung im Gardaland geplant ist. Ich bin mir sicher dass Guido auch hier mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Ansonsten ist vom Gardaland nichts sonderlich störendes zu berichten.
Am Abreisetag war Guido pünktlich vor Ort (man sagt Italienern ja anderes nach ;) ) um die Wohnung ab zu nehmen und uns zu verabschieden.

Direkt am See verläuft ein kilometerlanger Fußweg, der für Spaziergänge mit und ohne Hund super ist -immer Blick auf den See.
Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und haben für September wieder gebucht!!!!!!. Es war einfach toll.

Guido: Guido ist ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter, jederzeit erreichbar.
Deshalb schätzten wir den Brötchenservice sehr.
Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von Guido empfangen. Als wir wegen einer Motorstörung eine Garage aufsuchen mussten, begleitete er uns spontan und stand uns hilfsbereit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Die ganze Anlage ist sehr Hundefreundlich! Wir empfehlen jeden mit Hund den Hundestrand in Peschiera . Heißt Hundestrand „ Bau Beach“ ist mit dem Auto ca. 15 min entfernt. 2 Liegen plus eine liege für den Hund kosten pro Tag 15 Euro. Es gibt Wasser für den Hund , eine Dusche usw… da haben wir schon 3 tolle Tage verbracht .
In der Wohnung hat alles funktioniert und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wir können diese Wohnung nur Empfehlen!! Das WLAN hat super funktioniert und man konnte es sogar mit nehmen, tolle sache !!
Gardaland ist nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt mit Sea Life. Movie World ist auch ganz dich bei.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall 2017 wieder dort Urlaub machen !
