We already have a house in Spain since 1986. First 13 years in Moraira, then we built again in 1998. In Benitachell, only 4 km from Moraira, we found a plot with a wonderful, unobstructable panoramic view to the sea near Javea. The house in Spanish style was built with German standard. 2-shell masonry with insulation layer is just as natural as plastic windows with security glazing, central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, private pool, garage.
