Joossesweg 156, Westkapelle (Walcheren, Zeeland).

Uniquely situated at the foot of the dunes lying: spacious and very more comfortable, free-standing, stone bungalow with central heating (air), ample storage space and a lot of privacy offered large garden, which lies to the southwest. From the apartment and the terrace you have a clear view of a meadow and the recent dunes. The total area is 1021m².

• The bungalow is very well maintained, well insulated (double glass everywhere) and provided with a very comfortable Brink-air heating system. Regardless of the time of year and the outside temperature can be here always stay very pleasant.

• Lovers of the beach and sea get here its due part, as well as walkers and cyclists! At the foot of the dunes there is a wheel / walk. One side leads and more for Westkapelle, Domburg and Oostkapelle; the other by inter alia Zoutelande, Dishoek and Vlissingen.

• The bungalow is among other things provided with Internet (wireless + an additional cable with RJ45 plug), a stereo microsystem (plays music from CDs and radio again), a DVD player, and a LED TV with about 60 Dutch, German and English channels.

• There is parking on the private grounds, while there are also many free. public parking available; convenient and cheap for residents and visitors!

Since 05/01/2015:
• New beds, bed bases and "Very Good" Review innerspring mattresses
(Four of 90x210 cm and two 90x200 cm).
• New kitchen equipment with, inter alia, a large fridge-freezer.
