This beautiful newly renovated and furnished apartment has a bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom and terrace with space for up to four people.
In the bedroom you will find a comfortable chair marvelous relaxation.
The kitchen is fully equipped, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
On the LED 32 '' TV, you can see literally hundreds of satellite TV channels broadcast in different languages.
The sofa bed is easily transformed into a real bed, but after the guests preference it is possible to sleep on the sofa and closed on the additional folding bed.
The baby cot and the baby high chair available free of charge, and if you for your younger children we can few little toys they also.
The hair dryer and iron are also part of the equipment.
For stays of two weeks or longer, we're the washer available, if desired.
Your comfort in this apartment is of a high quality air conditioning unit which is to cool without any effort you guarantee your hot summer days or, on the contrary, heat in the cooler part of the year. Guests are free to adjust them prefer no extra charge to use 24 hours a day, every day at any temperature.

Location and surroundings of object
The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, especially if your main objective is to relax on the beach.
The first pebble beach (the real, where you can sunbathe, swim, cool, in the beach bars) is only 200 meters from the apartment.
Near the beach there is also a children's playground and trampolines.
The first restaurant with traditional Istrian cuisine is only 100m away. But if you are hungry and you really do not feel like walking at all, there is also a pizzeria next door. The terrace of the pizzeria is on the opposite side of the building in confronting the apartment so that you do not hear every rumor from there.
The grocery store, the first ATM, tourist office, post office, auto parts store and gas station are 300 meters away. The pharmacy is 400 meters from the center of Fazana, where you will find most restaurants and bars. Fažana is a pearl on the west coast of the largest Croatian peninsula - Istria.
With the sound of heartbeats in the nest of stone it is proud of its fishing tradition and the atmosphere where already with the first handshake each guest becomes a neighbor and friend, part of a large family!
Fazana, the location in the vicinity of classical Pula, the port of departure for the Brijuni Islands city - the national park with the attributes of "Heaven on Earth" - with its beaches, pine forests, promenades, restaurants along the sea is the perfect place for rest and Recreation.
