This modern and completely renovated villa is located in Stinjan in a prime location not far from Pula and Fazana and is an ideal choice for your holiday. You can reach the beautiful beaches and the clear sea in just a few minutes by car. The villa consists of 5 spacious, fully equipped bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa is spread over three floors, so on the ground floor you can expect the living room, dining area and kitchen, which are well connected to the outdoor kitchen and the covered terrace where the dining table is located, as well as the living area with comfortable seating and satellite TV. In addition, there is a detached flat on the ground floor with a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as an additional bathroom by the outdoor kitchen. On the ground floor of the main building there is one bedroom and one bathroom, while on the first floor there are three bedrooms. The interiors are in Mediterranean style and yellow-blue tones, which create the ideal sea atmosphere for your dream holiday. With indoor and outdoor kitchens at your disposal, it is up to you where to prepare delicious meals with your loved ones without having to worry about anything, as you have absolutely everything at your disposal. When you want to relax, you can escape to the balcony and enjoy the sea view or simply lie down by the pool surrounded by Mediterranean plants and forget about all your problems. This villa in Stinjan is definitely the best choice for your next destination!

Great week
We had a great week in the house. We especially made extensive use of the outdoor living area with the pool - the outdoor kitchen is really beautiful!! We also often went to the beach and took our time exploring Pula. Everything is very easy to reach from the house - but you need a car.

Great house for large groups!!!
Our expectations of the house were exceeded!!! It was exactly as beautifully furnished as it appears in the pictures. The landlady was super nice and the house was just right for 10 people. The pool was very nice and the kitchen well equipped, we didn't miss anything in the bedrooms and bathrooms either. (The only thing we missed was a toaster). The beach is within walking distance and from the rooftop terrace you have a view of the sea. Thanks for the nice contact, gladly again :)))
