This modern and completely renovated villa is located in Stinjan in a prime location not far from Pula and Fazana and is an ideal choice for your holiday. On the ground floor of the main building there is one bedroom and one bathroom, while on the first floor there are three bedrooms. The interiors are in Mediterranean style and yellow-blue tones, which create the ideal sea atmosphere for your dream holiday. With indoor and outdoor kitchens at your disposal, it is up to you where to prepare delicious meals with your loved ones without having to worry about anything, as you have absolutely everything at your disposal. When you want to relax, you can escape to the balcony and enjoy the sea view or simply lie down by the pool surrounded by Mediterranean plants and forget about all your problems. This villa in Stinjan is definitely the best choice for your next destination!

Great house for large groups!!!
Our expectations of the house were exceeded!!! It was exactly as beautifully furnished as it appears in the pictures. The landlady was super nice and the house was just right for 10 people. The pool was very nice and the kitchen well equipped, we didn't miss anything in the bedrooms and bathrooms either. (The only thing we missed was a toaster). The beach is within walking distance and from the rooftop terrace you have a view of the sea. Thanks for the nice contact, gladly again :)))
