Comfortable apartment in Swinemuende is located in the center of the city in Chełmońskiego Str. 4C.
In front of the house is a public parking lot. The house has lift/elevator. In the immediate vicinity you can find many gastronomic offers or shopping stores/markets. The apartment is located about 1200m from the sandy beach and promenade in Swinoujście. Swinemuende is the largest port city on the island of Usedom with over inhabitants. The city, as the only one in Poland, is located in the land of 44 islands, three of which are inhabited: Usedom, Wollin and Kaseburg. Swinemuende is located in the borders: in the north the Baltic Sea (Pomeranian Bay), in the south the Szczecin Lagoon, in the west state border with Germany, in the east the municipality of Międzyzdroje with Wollin National Park. Spa is located only about 160 km from Berlin, from the coast of Sweden 175 km and Denmark 150 km.
Due to this location, together with ferry terminal and railroad traffic, Swinemuende offers particularly favorable conditions for the development of tourism. In recent years the town has developed very positively and today it is a suitable place for cycling, Nordic walking, kite surfing, sailing, fishing or simply healthy relaxation.
Swinemuende is famous for the widest beach, magnificent 12 km promenade, as well as beautiful green surroundings. With many sights, such as the highest lighthouse on the Baltic Sea, fortress or museums, this resort is one of the most popular vacation destinations in Poland. Throughout the year you can visit numerous shops, restaurants and bars or participate in various sports, musical and cultural events.
