We would like to welcome you to our sun-flooded, high-quality furnished bungalow. Our house is located in the new development area of Nessmersiel in a dead-end street.
Enjoy the stylish, spacious ambience and the high level of comfort on approx. 100 sqm of living space, which leaves hardly anything to be desired. Our bright living room is equipped with a modern couch corner, wood-burning stove, a 55 inch 3D big screen TV with SAT connection and 3D Blue Ray Player along with 3D glasses for optimal movie enjoyment. Should the weather not play along, 3D BluRay films, CDs, a games console as well as board games and books are available. An internet connection is available in the house.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with many kitchen utensils, including rich crockery, ceramic hob, fully integrated dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, blender, spices and much more.
We offer 2 bedrooms. Our master bedroom with a double bed, baby cot and SAT TV; the second bedroom with two single beds and SAT TV.
The bathroom has two washstands, a large walk-in shower area, WC and hairdryer
There is also a washing machine and dryer in the utility room for your free use.
The beds are already made up with modern bed linen on your arrival and are included in the rental price.
All rooms are equipped with fly screens.
The 470 square metre property with two sun terraces, facing south and south-west, with a view of the greenery invite you to relax. The garden is fenced and you have two bicycles, a children's bicycle and a handcart at your disposal during your stay. A parking space is available at the house.

As all rooms are on one level, the house is very suitable for families with small children as well as for our older guests. Our house is a non-smoking house and pet-free and therefore ideally suited for allergy sufferers

The house is located in a new housing estate in a cul-de-sac near the dyke. The beach and the harbour for the ferry to Baltrum are approx. 1.7 km away. Children's playground, football field and small supermarket are within 5 minutes walking distance. For bad weather, the Sturmfrei in Nessmersiel with wellness and sauna facilities is a 5-minute walk away. It offers multifunctional sports areas, open experience gastronomy with show cooking, mini bowling, climbing wall , cinema, animation programmes for adults and children, spa administration ... Neßmersiel is an ideal starting point for mudflat walks Neßmersiel is a small fishing village.

Missing communication
The Positive.
The house is very beautiful, quiet, and very clean.
The Negative is the communication.
When services are offered, they should also be available. And if they are currently not available for any reason, then appropriate information would be the least.
Wi-Fi was offered, but no password was provided. (We had our 16-year-old granddaughter with us and therefore paid attention to Wi-Fi.)
Every day we tried to reach the landlord or manager, but there was no response. What would have happened if there had been a power outage, water pipe break, or similar? . . .
In their information folder it says.
"To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we ask you to contact us or Mrs. . . . . on-site with any questions or requests. We are happy to assist you."
It's a pity that it didn't work out.

Dream house
We received a very beautiful and lovingly furnished house (with a great bathroom and a huge shower). Quietly located and very clean with a nice garden, bicycles, sun loungers, Wi-Fi, and much more. The house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There is plenty of toys available for small children. Unfortunately, we had a lot of rain and wind during our vacation, but this way we could also enjoy the great house. The key handover was simple and quick. The contact with the landlord was also commendable.
We will definitely return to this wonderful house.

Greatly equipped house, stylish, modern, and appealing furnishings.
Nice and uncomplicated contact with the landlord and caretaker.

Holiday home with lots of heart for children
The new holiday house meets all the guest's expectations. In the spacious living-dining area, there is plenty of space for the whole family. The children's room is lovingly equipped with many toys, books, etc. You can sleep wonderfully quietly in the large bedroom. The beautiful bathroom particularly highlights the walk-in shower. You enter the house and feel comfortable from the first minute. It couldn't be better. Communication with the owner, manager, etc., is also excellent. Everything goes smoothly. We will definitely come again with our grandson.
