Nicely decorated semi-detached house with swimming pool and fenced yard - pets allowed. The vacation house extends on the ground floor and on the first floor of the house and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor of the house there is a double room with its own bathroom and a living room. On the first floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has SAT-TV, free W-LAN and air conditioning. Towels and bed linen are provided. In the fenced garden there is a swimming pool, barbecue and swing. There is also an exercise room in the house. Private parking in front of the house. The Marinela holiday house is located in a small town called Draguzeti, near Sv. Lovreč. St. Lovreč is a small town, located only 15 km from the center of Poreč and 7 km from the sea in the Lim Fjord.

The apartment MARINELA is situated in a small village called Draguzeti, near Sv. Lovreč. Sv. Lovreč is a small town, situated only 15 km from Poreč city center and 7 km from the sea im Lim fjord. There you can find a post office, a market, a restaurant, a pizzeria and a bar. It is known for its old medieval walls, good wine and olive oils. The town is located on the old road connecting Poreč, Rovinj and Pula.

Absolutely recommendable
The house is absolutely recommendable and has good air conditioning. Only the wifi is a little shaky. The house is well equipped and absolutely clean. The pool is cleaned daily. The garden also has a hot/cold water shower, a very good barbecue area and a nice dining area or place for the family to spend the evening in the garden.
For families who value peace and relaxation, the location is top. Away from the tourist hustle and bustle, you will find peace and relaxation here. On the other hand, this also means that you need a car to get to know Istria. There is a grocery shop and a pizzeria nearby. The pizzeria is absolutely top-notch. You should definitely stop in and enjoy the ambience inside, especially in the garden

Very good
I would go to this house again anytime. Very clean and modern. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was missing. The only drawback is that it is a bit of a drive to porec, which is very out of the way but still central.

very nice holiday
we were there in june,july 2016 and were very satisfied.clean and above all very nice people also the neighbours around.went home with a teary eye.the children also liked it very much..... come back in any case .for the price with children highly recommended.
