This modern and fully air-conditioned villa with private pool in Labin, near the popular seaside resorts of Rabac and the east coast of Istria, offers 150 m² of living space for up to 8 people. The stylish holiday home features a spacious open kitchen with dining area, a cozy living room with fireplace, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and direct access to the terrace and garden.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, and a separate WC. Additionally, the pull-out sofa bed in the living area offers two more sleeping options. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, coffee machine, and kettle.
Upstairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and each with its own bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a shower, the other a bathtub. All bedrooms as well as the living room are equipped with air conditioning and TV. The well-kept outdoor area invites you to relax: Enjoy sunny vacation days at the 32 m² private pool, on the sun loungers, or during a barbecue evening together on the terrace. An outdoor shower, several parking spaces, Wi-Fi, SAT-TV, washing machine, ironing board, iron, as well as an exercise bike in the basement complete the amenities. Thanks to its quiet location in Labin and the proximity to the beautiful beaches of Rabac, this holiday home is the ideal choice for families and friends who want to spend a relaxing vacation in Istria.

The small, quiet village of Tomazici is located only about 5 km from Labin and about 8 km from the center of the popular seaside resort Rabac – ideal for a relaxing holiday in Istria, away from mass tourism and yet close to the sea.
The surroundings offer perfect conditions for a relaxing and active stay: A shopping facility is about 2 km away, the nearest restaurant only about 1.5 km away. Hiking trails start directly from the house, the nearest cycle path is about Reachable within 500 m, which also makes the location particularly attractive for active holidaymakers.
The east coast of Istria delights with pine forests, white pebble beaches, and crystal-clear, turquoise water. The coastal town of Rabac, often referred to as the "Pearl of the Kvarner Bay," is known for its beautiful beaches and lively promenade. Above it lies the historic town of Labin, a charming old town with over a thousand years of history and cultural flair.
The entire Labin–Rabac region has around 13. 000 inhabitants and combines authentic Istrian life with tourist diversity – ideal for an unforgettable holiday in Croatia.

Family vacation
We experienced a "dream vacation" in this dream house. The house, the furnishings, the surrounding area were simply perfect. Absolutely clean and fully equipped. The owners gave us a nice welcome. The rooms met our expectations exactly (3 rooms, 3 generations between 6 and 68 years old). We can recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience. Rental cars are a must. So once again, many thanks to our hosts.

Fantastic
This house is a dream. Everything wonderfully maintained. Apparently, this is the first year of rental. Therefore, everything is still like new. Very clean and also very easy to care for. The garden and the swimming pool are very well kept. From the booking, through the reception in the house to departure, very friendly and competent treatment. We would definitely come back.

Very beautiful villa with pool
The villa is very beautiful, perfectly suited for those seeking peace, as it is located in the middle of a forest area.
We were 2 families and everyone had enough space. Each bedroom had its own bathroom.
Very nice garden area with pool.
Simply a successful vacation.
