Description
The stone house Erika offers plenty of space and is ideal for groups and families who are looking for space and comfort for your holiday.
The house has five bedrooms (three double rooms, a triple room with a double bed and a single bed and a bedroom with a single bed). All bedrooms are on the 1st floor of the house.
Four bathrooms, three with shower and one with bath is available to our guests for an uncomplicated cooperation available in the morning. A bathroom is located on the ground floor, the other on the 1st floor of the house.
The spacious dining room and two living rooms with TV incl. Satellite TV invite you to linger. Ages can play table football. The kitchen is fully equipped and the furniture is chosen rustic and high quality. A second, smaller kitchen is adjacent to the second living room.
The beautiful outdoor area convinces with a pool of 24m2, a ping pong table, a playground for the children and a charming barbecue area. The pool is cleaned once a day by the house owners.
Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, washer and parking are available.

Location and surroundings of object
The village Tomazici is 5 km from Labin and 8 km from the center of Rabac.
It is a very quiet location in order to best recover from everyday stress.
A supermarket is 2 km away. The closest restaurant 1,5 km. There are hiking trails away from our house, the bike trail is about 500 meters away.
On the east coast of Istria you will find pine forests, charming white pebble beaches and crystal clear water. Rabac we know as the pearl of the Kvarner Bay. Above Rabac lies the medieval town of Labin, a stage of the thousand-year history. The area of Labin, including Rabac, has about inhabitants. Tomazici is a very small, idyllischs village. As to the other side of the village street are two houses (the house Julia and Lili).

Warm hosts and beautiful property
Host Beri is super nice and reliable, comes daily to clean the pool and deliver slivovic :)
Great, spacious old stone house - there was enough room for 11 of us

Family holiday, group holiday
We stayed at Villa Erika with 7 adults and 5 children and were very satisfied. The landlord welcomed us personally on the day of our arrival and let us into the house before our rental period, despite the fact that cleaning was still in progress, in order to store food that needed to be cooled in the fridges.
The house was available on time and extremely clean. Everything necessary was available, even if some items were a little older, but all in all they fitted into the overall picture. The pool is big enough for several adults and children.
The house is idyllically situated in a small settlement near Labin and 3 minutes away from the nearest shopping facilities. It is about an hour's drive to all the 'bigger' attractions.
The landlord provided us with fresh fruit from the beginning, drinks on arrival and slivovitz every now and then. The pool was cleaned every morning.
We would recommend the house, especially the landlord, at any time.

Relaxing vacation for young and old.
The holiday home is beautifully located next to a lavender field, the neighborhood is quiet, yet not far from supermarket, market, restaurants, and various beaches (not close enough for our teenager, but the rest loved it ;-)). The house itself is large enough to have space to oneself, with many play and lounging areas. In terms of amenities, it is not super modern, but excellent value for the price. Details like mosquito plugs in every room were considered, as well as masks and disinfectants. The landlord was very uncomplicated and attentive: there was homemade apple pie once in a while, then he brought thyme spontaneously because we had asked for it. Highly recommended, we would take it again.

Vacation for everyone
We arrived with grandma, grandpa, aunt, mom, dad, kids, and grandchildren and all had our fun. No one missed out, and everyone found their place in this great, wonderful house. There are simply enough beds, bathrooms, retreat options, and playgrounds. Simply all around beautiful :-) !!!!!!!!!!!! The most popular, however, was the pool.
