Grandiose villa with high-quality furnishings and great sea views
This dreamlike beautiful holiday home is very quietly located opposite Brioni National Park, with breathtaking views of the sea and the landscape. In this peaceful oasis, surrounded by olive and fruit trees, you can enjoy pure peace and relaxation.
This luxurious villa, almost 300 m2 in size, is spread over two floors. All rooms as well as the living room and dining area have a balcony with a view of the garden and the sea. On the second floor there are three bedrooms (double beds) and a living room. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (double beds), a living room, separate kitchen, dining area, and hallway with entrance. All five bedrooms are very spacious and each is separately accessible. In the two living rooms and dining area, a large television is available to you, as well as internet connection, Wi-Fi / safe, and four air conditioners. Four of the bathrooms have a shower and one bathroom has a bathtub.
Outside, the property features a large garden, in addition to the large pool, its own barbecue area and a summer kitchen. The garden furniture offers maximum comfort, seven sun loungers, two covered seating areas, and you will experience beautiful sunsets. You can linger here over a glass of wine and spend an unforgettable holiday. On the property, table tennis, table football, a swing with a children's slide, and billiards are available for you. The house is very family-friendly. Two parking spaces are available for you in the courtyard.
In the surrounding area, there are opportunities to play tennis and golf. You can explore the underwater world by submarine ride or diving. Experience the newly opened Aqua Park in Burtoniga on a day trip with friends or family. Right in town you can rent bicycles and in this area you can explore countless and beautiful bays with crystal clear water. We recommend visiting interesting places such as Pula, Rovinj, Brioni National Park and the smallest city in the world, Hum, as well as excursions into the hinterland and the wine routes. Let yourself be spoiled by traditional cuisine and typical dishes.
Sports enthusiasts can go windsurfing, diving, cycling, sailing, take sightseeing flights, climb, play golf and tennis.
No youth groups.
It should be mentioned that the homeowner lives on the neighboring property, but you will not be disturbed.

Family holiday with all the trimmings
The pictures show exactly what we found. Everything was available for a family trip with 9 people between 17 and 52. The pool at the house and the many seating areas and sun loungers made a very sociable stay possible. The layout of the rooms and the bathrooms give a lot of privacy, all rooms have balconies with a view of the sea incl. sunset. The equipment in the house is complete, functional and very new and clean. The landlords are very friendly, helpful and not intrusive. The beach and shopping facilities are close by and can be reached on foot.
