A living-bedroom with a small dining area and the cosy sitting area. In the evening, the inconspicuous flat wall can be converted into a double bed in a few easy steps. Sweet Baltic dreams are also guaranteed in the additional single bedroom.

Take a deep breath in the densely planted garden: a place of tranquillity and happy holiday moments, whether at barbecue evenings, in the garden armchair with a thick book, or at breakfast in the morning.

Everything was wonderful.

We were very satisfied. One must walk 15 minutes to the beach. But very quiet, simply top.

Das kleine Landhaus

Beautiful holiday home where you can feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, the staircase is a bit steep.

Sehr geehrter Herr Witt,

es freut mich, dass Sie `Das kleine Landhaus` bewerten, danke sehr.

Das `Atelier` war gebucht, doch wir hatten dort 2 Tage vor Ihrer Anreise einen Heizungsausfall und ich bot vorsichtshalber alternativ, ohne Aufpreis,
`Das kleine Landhaus` an, da wir nicht wußten, ob 'Das Atelier' bei Ihrer Ankunft zur Verfügung stand.
Jedoch der Heizungsschaden im 'Atelier', komplett ebenerdig, war bei Anreise behoben.

Sie wollten jedoch unbedingt (ohne Aufpreis) in `Das Kleine Landhaus`, das Sie sich anschauten, auch die Treppe!
Diese geht gerade hoch, ist nicht gewendelt, hat je rechts und links einen Handlauf und ich habe bisher keine Klagen gehört.

Sie beide waren des Lobes voll während Ihres Aufenthaltes, auch bei der Abreise.

Wir wünschen Ihnen und ihrer Frau alles Gute für das neue Jahr und
würden uns freuen, Sie einmal wieder in einem unserer Häuser/Wohnungen begrüßen zu dürfen.
