Description
The romantic holiday home 'Reetdachoase' is located between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea, in the middle of the beautiful landscape of Angeln, near the town of Kappeln. It convinces with its quiet, natural location in the eastern hill country, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The nearest beach in Ohrfeldhaff or Kronsgaard and the town of Kappeln are only 7-10 km away. Enjoy extensive walks along the idyllic nature, through tranquil Schleid villages or along the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches with the characteristic steep coast!
The holiday home is wonderfully suited for your relaxing holiday as a couple, together with friends or with the whole family. For up to 6 people, the single-storey thatched-roof house offers comfortable furnishings on 140 m² and a great outdoor area with terrace, 1,500 m² garden and wonderful views of the countryside. The property is surrounded by an 85 cm high fence or protective hedges, so your four-legged friends are also welcome guests
The listed thatched oasis has been completely renovated and offers atmosphere with modern comfort. Rustic wooden beams, fireplace and pine country house furniture offer plenty of space to feel at home. In the summer, the terrace with teak garden furniture, a bench, sun loungers and a hammock in the garden beckons.
The house has two bathrooms and three bedrooms (with high-quality down or light summer duvets), which offer space for up to 6 people.
An additional infant is welcome - a baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. The Danish all-wood kitchen is extensively equipped with various brand-name appliances and also offers a breakfast table. The living room and bedrooms have oak flooring and easy-care tiles, and there is a large dining table with comfortable chairs. For media entertainment, the holiday home is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cinema sound, DVD/BluRay player from LOEWE and a music system with radio/CD function, so that even in bad weather, alternative entertainment is provided. Or you can choose an exciting book from the collection and make yourself comfortable in front of the crackling fireplace!
On the Baltic Sea beach in Kronsgaard, an exclusive service from your landlord awaits you: within the summer season, a reserved beach chair is available to you free of charge!
You can store your bicycles safely and dryly in the utility room of the holiday home. Here you will also find a washing machine and dryer, which can be used free of charge.
The house has a large driveway - also for several vehicles (15 x 7 m).

Brarupholz is a small village in the scenically very idyllic region of Angeln. The famous village shop 'Pfefferkorn' with adjoining restaurant offers all groceries for daily needs, bread rolls, newspapers as well as daily hot meals on advance order - also for take-away. The nearest towns are Süderbrarup (approx. 7 km), Gelting (10 km) and Kappeln (10 km). The nearest Baltic Sea beach is in Ohrfeldhaff and can also be reached in a few minutes.

We will come back!
In September, after severe setbacks, I was with my daughter and grandchildren in the house. There we could relax and enjoy the peace. The grandchildren said after the second day, this is home. That's why it was booked again for 2026.

Perfect temporary home.
From the first moment on, we felt at home in this very tastefully furnished oasis in the idyllic countryside! Everything needed is available in the kitchen! Perfect! We also enjoyed the dreamy garden! On cool days, we made ourselves comfortable by the fireplace! A special highlight is the private beach chair on the beautiful beach of Kronsgaard! The house is also very well suited for wheelchair users! Only a small threshold at the entrance needs to be overcome, for which we had brought a small ramp! We will definitely come back!

Super great vacation with children and dog
It was a super great stay, the best I've had so far. The house lacks nothing, the kitchen is super well equipped with everything you need. The house is clean and tidy, and the location is perfect if you want to relax and unwind from everyday life. The large garden is great for children, and if you have a dog, it can also romp around very well there. As soon as you arrive, you realize that everyday life simply stays outside the door. The small Edeka store run by the Pfefferkorn family offers everything you need, although the nearest shopping facilities in Suderbrarup are also not far away by car (about 7 to 10 minutes). Worth seeing are the Viking village Haithabu, Schleswig, and Kappeln, just three examples, all easily accessible by car. The location of the house in the middle of nature is ideal for those who want peace and quiet but do not want to forgo comfort. Since a washing machine and dryer are available, it is also not necessary to take too much clothing with you for a longer stay or, like us, to wash the children's clothes quickly if necessary. The key handover is uncomplicated, and the contact with the landlord was always pleasant and uncomplicated. We really enjoyed our stay and will gladly come back. All in all, a super great vacation with two children and a dog. The accommodation is highly recommended, the name "Oasis" is justified.

It was a great stay, the best one I've had so far. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need.
The house is clean and tidy and the location is perfect if you want to relax and switch off from everyday life. The large garden is great for children and if you have a dog, it can also enjoy itself very well there.
As soon as you arrive, you notice that everyday life simply stays outside the door.
The small Edeka shop by the Pfefferkorn family offers everything you need, although the nearest shopping facilities in Suderbrarup are not far away by car (about 7 to 10 minutes).
Worth seeing are the Viking village of Haithabu, Schleswig and Kappeln, to name just three examples, all easily accessible by car.
The location of the house in the middle of nature is ideal for those who want peace and quiet but don't want to miss out on comfort.
Since a washing machine and dryer are available, it is not necessary to bring too much clothing or, like us, to wash the children's clothes briefly if necessary during a longer stay.
The key handover is uncomplicated and the contact with the landlord was always pleasant and uncomplicated.
We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.
All in all, a great holiday with two children and a dog.
The accommodation is highly recommended, the name "Oasis" is justified.
