Great apartment in prime location
We have spent 2 wonderful weeks here and felt very comfortable. The location is perfect, close to the beach, but also central to restaurants and shops, a bit of street noise is also normal given the location. Everything is sufficiently available, the only thing we missed was a small lamp by the bed in the living room, otherwise everything is great.

Perfect apartment for a family holiday on the Baltic Sea
We were in this apartment in December 2018 with 2 adults and a 2-year-old child. In Grömitz itself, it was significantly quieter than during the rest of the year, especially during the holidays. For guests seeking peace, this is a very nice time. This year, we bought a holiday apartment in Grömitz that needs to be completely renovated. Therefore, we could not sleep in our own apartment and chose this one instead. A very good decision, as it turned out.
The apartment is located directly on the dyke, you can't get more central than that. In one direction you can see the Baltic Sea, in the other direction you can see the hustle and bustle of the city. The building has an underground garage, and the apartment has its own parking space. Access to the apartment is via an elevator or stairs (3rd floor). There is a fairly large hallway area with various built-in cabinets, a separate bedroom, and a very large living room with a wall bed or sofa bed. The balcony overlooks the Baltic Sea directly. The interior bathroom is quite large and modern for holiday apartments. There is nothing to complain about with this apartment, everything you need for a vacation is available. We are currently renting out several vacation apartments at the North Sea, but they are all not as generously equipped as this one here in Grömitz. The owner has set the bar very high, I doubt that we can top that once our own apartment is ready. Conclusion: If this apartment is available at a suitable date, book it without hesitation!

Wonderful flat in a fantastic location
We have already stayed with you 2 times, wanted to book again today and our planned period was already occupied - what a pity.
Nevertheless, we can only report the best about your flat.
It has a fantastic location. The beach and localities are practically on the doorstep.
From the balcony you have sun almost the whole day - when it shines.
The living room gives an inviting impression as it is very bright due to the large windows. Everything seems very spacious. You don't feel so cramped.
The kitchen equipment is also praiseworthy.
The bedroom, on the other hand, is a little too narrow.
However, the second TV in the bedroom is great.
Thank you for the beach chair, which we were allowed to use for free.
We are happy to give you 30 stars.
