Outside area includes completely enclosed garden with swimming pool and charcoal barbecue where you can relax and enjoy the sun in complete privacy. Banjole is a village located near Medulin and Pula. The village of Banjole is the perfect place for enjoying the good choice for young as for middle aged people. There is a plenty of beaches were you can spend time, a lots of restaurants such as the well known fish restaurant - recommend to visit the natural park of Kamenjak 3km away from Banjole with its lush vegetation, blue sea and white rocks . Many hiking trails or you can drive by car from bay to bay, peace and relaxation are is a stunning area with super clear water and shade all around. Medulin is a tourist town 3km from Banjole full of life with restaurants, bars, night clubs, family park, sand and rocks beach.

The weekly rental rate is ALL INCLUSIVE and includes:
7 nights accommodation, initial cleaning, laundry ( linen, towels), garden maintenance, water, electricity, tourist tax, registration fee, internet access.
A security deposit of 300 EURO at check-in is required which is to be returned on departure if there are no damages on the property.

Payment
A non refundable deposit of 30% upon reservation.
The 70% balance must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival or paid cash on arrival.

You will receive a full refund if you decide to cancel dues to border closures at the time of your cancellation request up to 30 days before your holiday starts. In the event of border closures up to 29 days before your vacation begins, the agency is obligated to issue a voucher for the amount paid by the traveler. - The traveler must use this voucher within 18 months from the date of issue of the voucher for the originally booked accommodation. - If the originally booked accommodation is not available at the desired time, there is an option to switch to an alternative accommodation. - New accommodations must be in the same price range as originally booked. * Only valid for new bookings from (01.01.2021) without a voucher or discount code The FREE COVID-19 cancellation conditions apply to all bookings until September 30, 2022, for stays from April 1, 2021, to October 31, 2022.
