Villa near the sea near Pula and Medulin
There are 3 types of villas to choose from. All villas have the same interior and floor plan, you just need to choose Villa Type 1, Type 2 or Type 3! *The only difference between the houses is in the location of the pool.
The villa is just a few minutes walk from the beach and is an excellent choice for those who want a vacation in a new villa with a private pool near the sea. The villa offers accommodation up to 8 + 2 guests. In the villa there are 4 bedrooms and each room has its own bathroom. You can rest in a comfortable living room or prepare a delicious meal in a fully-equipped new kitchen. Enjoy the loungers by the pool or prepare a barbecue for family and friends by the pool. If you want to go to the beach, just take a towel and in a few minutes you will reach the beach. Nearby there are many restaurants, the nearest of which is only 250 meters away. The whole villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi internet, a private parking for 4 cars and offers everything you need for a pleasant vacation.

Location and surroundings of object
Banjole is a small place near Medulin and Pula. Banjole is a perfect and peaceful place to enjoy the sea and the sun. An excellent choice for both young people and older people. There are plenty of beaches and restaurants nearby, such as the famous fish restaurant Batelina. We recommend visiting the Cape Kamenjak which is famous for its beautiful rocks, clean sea and nature. Rt Kamenjak is only 3 km away from Banjole. Medulin is a tourist town where you can visit bars, nightclubs, sandy beaches and parks.

Great holiday home
The holiday home is modern and spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet and shower. Air conditioners are in each bedroom and also in the kitchen area. Pool size is ideal for swimming. There is enough space for everyone on the terrace.
The bathing bay, which has a path through the forest next to the houses, is very idyllic. Bathing shoes are recommended because of the stones
There are restaurants nearby, which can also be reached on foot
The landlords are very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, I missed the beach promenade with souvenirs etc. Medulin and Pula are not far away
The public beach is difficult to reach on foot, as everything is closed off from the campsites.
However, we liked it very much and were very impressed by the house and the idyllic bathing bay.
