Description

Villa for 8 people consists of three floors with a total area of 400 m2. The whole house is very spacious and beautiful and furnished in a modern style. The house was built in 2014 and is surrounded by stone walls. Privacy is guaranteed here. Villa Meli is located on a small hill with a beautiful view of the fields, woods, the sea and the surrounding wine cellar. In the garden in front of the house there is a swimming pool of 50m2 with garden furniture and deckchairs and an open fireplace for grilling. Free Wi-Fi is available. In the basement there is a garage for 2 cars, billiards and storage. Ground floor consists of a spacious living room with satellite TV (local and foreign programs), DVD, fireplace, kitchen with dining room, laundry room, one bedroom with double bed, private bathroom and terrace. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view. Two are with double bed and one with two single beds.

Istria is the largest green oasis of the North Adriatic and the largest peninsula of Croatia, surrounded by crystal clear blue sea. This beautiful villa is located in a small village called Selina, near the there is a pizzeria, restaurants, cafes, markets and a post office. In only 15-20 minutes you can come by car, to the beaches, coves, parks and resorts of the west coast and historical cities and sights.
