In the village of Selina near Sv. Lovreč, not far from the town of Poreč, you will find this semi-detached villa on a private and fenced plot. The beautifully furnished villa is spread over three floors connected by interior stairs and offers the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday for up to 12 people. It offers six air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and flat screen TVs, six beautiful modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker), a dining room and a living room. Guests have access to a 400 m2 fenced garden with a children's playground, garden furniture, sun loungers and a beautiful pool that invites you to refresh yourself during the warm summer days. In the evenings, you can prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and spend unforgettable moments with your loved ones. We recommend a visit to the coastal towns of Porec, Rovinj and Pula, which are rich in various cultural and entertainment events during the summer months.

Location and surroundings of object

The village of Selina is located 7 km from the Limfjord, 15 km from the tourist centre of Porec and 4 km from Sv. Lovrec. Sv. Lovrec is a small village, only 11 km from Poreč and 7 km from the sea (Limfjord and Vrsar). The village is small, but it has post office, shop, restaurant, pizzeria and bars. There you can see typical Istrian stone houses, many vineyards and olive fields surround the village. From Sv. Lovreč there is a beautiful view of small Istrian villages and meadows surrounding Sv. Lovreč, but also by the sea further down. The village is located in the interior of Istria; It is very quiet; Here everyone can enjoy nature, famous wine roads and bike paths. Nearby are famous sights such as Cave Pazin, waterfalls, Motovun, Grožnjan, but also tourist towns such as Poreč, Vrsar, Rovinj.
