This villa consists of two floors with a total area of 152 sqm and can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The whole villa is very spacious and beautifully decorated in a country style. The villa was built in 2013. and is surrounded by stone walls of local stone and greenery which guarantees privacy and peace for the guests. Villa Sana is located on a small hill with a beautiful view of the fields, forests, the sea and the surrounding Istrian villages. In the garden in front of the house there is a heated pool of 36 sqm, with garden furniture and sun loungers, wood-burning fireplace for barbecue and indoor parking for two cars. There is also a free WI-FI connection. Ground floor - Spacious living room with SAT - TV (local and foreign programs) - Kitchen - Bathroom with washing machine - Bedroom with double bed and private bathroom - Terrace 40 mq - Garden with barbecue - Swimming Pool. First floor - Bedroom with double bed and private bathroom - Bedroom with double bed, private bathroom and balcony - Bedroom with two single beds Villa Sana is fully equipped. All rooms are air-conditioned (cooling and heating). It is equipped with linen and towels. The kitchen has a fridge with separate freezer, electric oven, electric cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, mocca, kettle, toaster and table linen and tea towels. In the living room there is furniture, radio and satellite TV.

This beautiful villa is situated in a small village called Selina, near the historic town of St. Lovreč. The villa offers an unforgettable holiday thanks to its location. It is surrounded by a green garden with a view of the sea and the forest landscape. Peace and quiet places will fascinate everyone. Only 2 km from the villa there is a small town of St. Lovreč where you can find pizzeria, restaurant, cafe, shop and post office. In only 15-20 minutes by car you come to the beaches, bays, parks and resorts of western coast of Istria (Bale, Rovinj, Lim Fjord, Vrsar, Funtana Porec) but aswell to historic, mysterious small cities of green central Istria (Tinjan Pazin, Kanfanar, Žminj, Dvigrad, Motovun). The area is full of marked bike trails that lead to nearby villages and historic towns (Kanfanar, Dvigrad, Tinjan, Kringa). On your request the owners can aswell rent you bikes. Villa Sana is suitable for a quiet holiday in the idyllic Istrian and green environment from where you can come easily to neighboring cities.

Evaluation Villa Sana
We had a wonderful holiday in Villa Sana. The house is super equipped, all bedrooms are air-conditioned. We felt completely comfortable there.
Many thanks to the Babic family for your hospitality, we really felt very welcome with you. For our girls it was of course great that they could also ride there.
