Our modern and exclusively furnished non-smoking holiday flat *Harz-Aussicht* impresses with its spacious layout and unique view. It offers 75 m² of living space for up to five people and is located in a small residential complex directly at the spa gardens and in the immediate vicinity of the indoor swimming pool.
The *Harz-Aussicht* has three tastefully furnished bedrooms. From the spacious living room with dining area and reading corner as well as flat screen TV, you can access one of the two balconies with a magnificent view over Braunlage. The new and fully equipped fitted kitchen invites you to cook together. In the bright, friendly daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as towel radiator, you can start the day in a relaxed way.

The *Harz-Aussicht* is located on the upper floor of a small residential complex directly at the spa park, which invites you to take extensive walks. The indoor swimming pool and the spa administration are also in the immediate vicinity
The centre of Braunlage with its numerous restaurants and shops can be reached on foot within 2-3 minutes. Braunlage is a beautiful, small town in the Oberharz with numerous restaurants and shops. There are many opportunities for an active holiday all year round: ice skating in the ice rink, swimming in the indoor pool or forest swimming pool or on the Wurmberg, Lower Saxony's highest mountain at 971 m, skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, mountain biking or monster scooter riding, hiking .....

Super Urlaub
It was a great accommodation, very clean, large enough for 5 people, everything you need is present. We will definitely go back.

Super flat for our active holiday
Beautiful, super-equipped and spacious flat under the roof directly at the park and close to the centre. Depending on the position in the sun, you could choose the appropriate balcony. Optimal for us was the easily accessible cellar where we could safely lock up our mountain bikes. However, it is on the third floor without a lift. But we are happy to recommend it to others!

Winter holidays
Unfortunately, skiing was not possible during our holiday week due to bad weather and no lifts operating. However, we used the time to relax and go on excursions in the area. The apartment is very spacious, with great views, and a short walk to the indoor pool. We felt very comfortable.

Winterurlaub
We were there with 2 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 children. The apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes to both the city center and winter sports facilities. The equipment is complete, everything you need is there (dishes, cutlery, glasses etc. are not "counted"). The apartment was clean. There are cellar rooms available but we did not use them. The car is parked under a carport - very winter-friendly! ;-) The children also want to go back; should work out. :-) Highly recommended!
