Description
The 2 room apartment, renovated in 2015, offers space for up to 2 adults. If required, 1 child up to approx. 16 years can sleep in the folding bed.
The bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside cabinet, 2 beds 90x200 and space for a cot.
Alternatively, the existing folding bed for the child can be placed in the bedroom or in the living room.
Bed linen is available.
The friendly bathroom was renovated in December 21 and has a shower, WC, mirror cabinet and towels.
The newly installed open kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a fridge-freezer. Salt, pepper and sugar are provided.
Next to the kitchen is a small storage room.
The cosy living room with a view of the greenery offers a solid wood dining area, corner couch, 40 inch flat screen satellite TV, digital radio, free Wi-Fi and a wood-burning fireplace for chilly days or romantic evenings. Wood is available.
In front of the apartment, a covered terrace with garden furniture and charcoal grill invites you to relax.
From there you have a beautiful view of the valley, the village and the mountains opposite.
A lockable shed is available for bicycles and bicycle racks.
There is a bike shop in the village for repairs etc. and bike rental.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located on the outskirts of the village in a dead-end street on a slope at an altitude of 450m.
At the end of the road, the Taunus forest invites you to go hiking or cycling.
The owners' flat is above the flat.
The centre of the village can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The climatic health resort Schmitten is situated in the middle of the Taunus at the foot of the Feldberg (881m) about 30 km from Frankfurt/Main.
The well-signposted network of paths invites you to go hiking and cycling
In the village you will find a large supermarket, farm shop, bakery, paper shop, restaurants and coffee shops.
Doctors, dentist and a pharmacy are also in the village. Above, about 400m from the flat, there is a playground with a great view of the valley with Schmitten.
The well-maintained outdoor pool with stainless steel pool, snack bar and large sunbathing lawn attracts many visitors in summer.
From Schmitten, the Weiltalweg trail leads over 43 km to Weilburg. During the summer months, the Weiltalbus with bicycle trailer runs parallel to the Weiltalweg on weekends and public holidays and gives exhausted hikers and cyclists a lift.

Rust assured - Beautiful location and view
Everything is available. Walking from the apartment. Many beautiful half-timbered towns in the area. Helpful hosts, but leave you in peace if desired.

Beautiful place, beautiful apartment
The apartment is absolutely fine, very clean and well equipped, internet, large flat screen, fireplace, generous supply of firewood. We can only recommend the apartment.

Beautiful, quietly located apartment
The apartment had good amenities. Everything was in a clean condition upon arrival.
