Cancellation terms:
The accommodation business is free to demand the contractually agreed compensation and to standardize the deduction for saved expenses. In this case, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the contractually agreed price for accommodation. Of this, 90% is for the travel price and 10% of the costs are for processing the cancellation. Here, the rental law according to the Civil Code applies. If the customer cancels the vacation apartment/house/room for personal reasons, they have no legal right to withdraw. A cancellation option is not provided. § 537 subsection 1 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) stipulates that a tenant who is responsible for not starting the trip themselves is not exempt from paying the agreed rent.

Our 3-star accommodation comprises a total of 24 beds.
Divided into two cottages and one flat.
These are located close to each other.(max 50 metres)
Each bedroom has spacious beds with bedside table and bedside lamp. Furthermore, our beds are equipped with cold foam mattresses and molleton sheets (for allergy sufferers) (bed linen is included in the price and will be provided by us)
Each room has a 32" LED TV and a seating area with table.
If you prefer to surf the internet, you have the possibility to connect to the free WLAN.
For your safety there are smoke detectors in all our houses.
Furthermore, there is a fire extinguisher in every hallway.
We have a fully equipped kitchen for you to use. There you will find everything your heart desires, from plates, knives and forks to a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator and cooker.
As we attach great importance to a clean kitchen, we ask you to always leave it as you found it.
There is also a dining area in the kitchen with plenty of seating. Should a small mishap occur while you are cooking or eating, cleaning utensils (under the sink) are available for a quick clean-up.
In each accommodation unit there is at least one daylight bathroom, partly with bathtub, partly with handicapped accessible equipment or just with a simple shower cabin.
We also provide toilet paper free of charge. Here, too, we ask you to leave the toilet as you found it.
The environment is also important to us, so all our rooms are equipped with energy-saving LEDs. The central heating system draws its heat from an environmentally conscious hybrid heating system

Cozy holiday home highly recommended

We stayed at Unterkunft4You in the Taunus and were warmly welcomed by the Wolf family!
There was nothing to complain about. Free WiFi, parking, coffee, tea, bed linen.
Everything was included in the price.

Family meeting in the Taunus
Hello
we 9 pers.+2 children,
were completely satisfied.
Everything was clean and apparently newly renovated.
Good location to the amusement park.
Beds good. Own car park.
good for hiking.
Disadvantage . no shopping facilities in the village.
But a lot of peace and quiet.
We will come again...

Hello, had a short stay in the Taunus, good location for the Lochmühle amusement park. On the day of departure, the Wolf family recommended a visit to Hessenpark. It was very nice !!!!!! We will come back! Best regards, Family.
