Description
Beethoven Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking apartment on the top floor of a two-storey house built in 1929. The house is situated on a 500 sqm garden property centrally located in a quiet side street close to the centre of Oberursel (five minutes walking distance). Usually parking is possible directly in front of the house.
The apartment (size aprox. 40 square meters) was built completely from scratch and thermally insulated in 2005, it includes two bedrooms (one with a double bed 160 cm by 200 cm, one with a single bed 90 cm by 200 cm), a living room (couch, dining table, TV) with kitchenette (fridge, stove, dishwasher) and bathroom (shower). A baby cot is available as well as a fourth mattress.
Internet access via W-Lan. Use of the garden is possible in consultation with the other inhabitants of the house. Children are welcome to play in the garden.
A washing machine is available in the basement of the house and may be used by stays of five days or more.

Location and surroundings of object
Situated close to the town centre in a quiet side street, the underground station Oberursel Altstadt is only two minutes walking distance away. From here you can get to Frankfurt city centre (Hauptwache) as well as cnetral Train station within 30 minutes and to Frankfurt fair (Messe) in 22 minutes! Oberursel is on the U3 underground line connecting Frankfurt Sued train station with Oberursel (Hohemark) and on the S5 S-Bahn-Line connecting Frankfurt Sued, Frankfurt's central train station Hauptbahnhof with Bad Homburg/Friedrichsdorf.
The foothills of the Taunus mountains are in sight, within two minutes you can reach the fields leading to the slopes of the forrests andstart your journey.
Shops, restaurants and the old town of Oberursel are within five minutes walking distance. Oberursel was first mentioned in 792, the oldest remains of the city wall date back to the 15th century. The church of St. Ursula overlooking the city was built in the 15th century.
Oberursel calls itself "Brunnenstadt" (City of Fountains). The "Brunnenfest", its biggest festival, is celebrated every year the weekend after Pentecost - then most of the older part of the city and its courtyards are one big beer garden.
A walk along the mill trail will give insight into Oberursel's natural and industrial history, other well marked ways take you to picturesque spots and monuments of the old town. A large number of houses have been restored with great attention to detail and a considerable financial burden since the seventies. Super accommodation for small families
The flat is in a great location and super equipped - the landlord is also very friendly and helpful. There is absolutely nothing to complain about when it comes to cleanliness.

Cosy and light apartment

Above the roofs of Oberursel
we spent 18 nights in this cosy penthouse and felt right at home!
The furnishings are modern and comfortable, even a dishwasher, audio system and TV were at our disposal. We were also able to use the washing machine in the basement.
We slept well and quietly, enjoyed a very good wifi connection and were very happily surprised by the great hospitality of the landlord - who always responded quickly and reliably to enquiries, was helpful and even delighted us with a Santa surprise.
We would have loved to stay longer!
Highly recommended!

Wir hatten uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung, ideal für Familien
Wir haben uns mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern bei unserem Kurzaufenthalt hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist hell, sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Preislich absolut super und auch von daher für Familien bestens geeignet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rund-UM- Sorglospaket
Wir haben uns in Ihrer Wohnun sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles vorhanden, praktisch, gemütlich eingerichtet, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist überdurchschnittlich gut. Zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig.
Viele Ausflüge in die Natur möglich- Park, Wald, Nähe Feldberg uvm. - Oberursel ist ein wirklich nettes Städtchen, ebenso Bad Homburg.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unterwegs zu Hause
Hier ankommen, heisst für mich unterwegs zu Hause zu sein.
Abstellen, auspacken, wohlfühlen. Perfekt für die Durchreise oder für den längeren Aufenthalt für Familienbesuche oder als Erholungsort nach getaner Arbeit. Für all das haben wir die Wohnung schon genutzt.
Eigentlich möchte ich hier gar nicht viel über meinen Geheimtip schreiben und gleichzeitig teile ich die Freude, diese Wohlfühladresse gefunden zu haben. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich freundlich, zuvorkommend, vertrauensvoll.
Und ich liebe es mit und über den Dächern von Oberursel zu sein. Vielen Dank. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung Beethoven BnB hat uns gut gefallen, gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen in Oberursel im Taunus. Als Gäste aus dem fernen Korea, haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt nicht nur der schönen zweckmäßigen und zentralen Ferienwohnung, sondern auch wegen den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Das gastfreundliche , fast familiäre gute Wohnklima macht es einem schwer , wieder abzureisen. Jederzeit , wenn es geht, würden wir diese Ferien-Wohnung weiter empfehlen! Tolle Unterkunft zwischen Hochtaunus und Frankfurt
Zugegeben, man muss erst einmal auf die 3. Etage - ohne Lift - aber dann kommt man in eine geräumige helle Wohnung, die viel größer ist als die angegebene Quadratmeterzahl da sie Schrägen hat. Die Möblierung ist gut, eine kleine Küche, gut nutzbar mit allem, was man benötigt, ein schönes Bad gut und sogar eine kleine Bibliothek.
Paken kostenlos vor dem Haus und eine Superanbindung nach Frankfurt mit dem ÖPNV.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir werden immer wieder dorthinfahren, wenn im Belegungskalender sich eine Lücke auftut

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Nette, kleine Dachgeschoßwohnung, bestens Ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist durch die Dachschräge etwas klein, aber für ein Kind sicherlich ausreichend. Oder für einen nicht ganz so großen Erwachsenen;) Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und meine Freundin und ich haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen also gerne einmal wieder, wenn es sich einrichten lässt

Unser zweites " zu Hause"
Wir kommen seit einigen Jahren zweimal im Jahr zu Herrn Borgfeld und fuehlen uns von Mal zu Mal wohler . Es duerfte auch sehr schwer, ja sogar unmoeglich, sein in dieser bezaubernden Wohnung auch nur den kleinsten Mangel zu finden.
Die Lage ist perfekt: Ruhige Wohngegend, zwei Minuten zur U-Bahn, die schoene Altstadt und viele Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten ganz in der Naehe.
Und nicht zu vergessen, der sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber!
