Description
This holiday home with a beautiful lake view is located in Langenargen on Lake Constance, about a ten-minute drive from Friedrichshafen. Only a quiet street separates the house from the lakeshore. A children's playground is 20m away, the lido 150m. The town centre with all shopping facilities is about a ten-minute walk away.
The spacious apartment can accommodate a maximum of four people. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a very large living room with bed alcove and balcony and a new kitchen with adjoining dining room. The bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet was renovated in March 2016.
The apartment is spread over the second floor of an apartment building and is so well cut that you can see the lake from every room. The furnishing has been done with high quality furniture, some of which is antique. The equipment includes a TV with satellite reception, a washer-dryer and a comfortable fitted kitchen with dishwasher.
Especially nice is the 50sqm living room with its almost four meter high ceiling, which offers a cozy sofa corner and a TV corner with bed niche. On the balcony there is space for deck chairs, the garden umbrella as well as a dining table. From here you have a beautiful view of Lake Constance.
There are four bicycles in the garage. You can also park your own bikes or a pram here.

| Since 2017, the municipality of Langenargen charges a visitor's tax of €3.15 per person/night in the high season and €1.15 in the low season. Children up to the age of 16 are exempt. In return, each guest receives a Echt Bodensee Card, which entitles them to free use of the following facilities in Langenargen: Open-air swimming pool, museum, Münzhof cinema, promenade concerts, tower tours, family tours, historical walks, Montfort Castle dance evenings. Buses and trains in the surrounding area may also be used free of charge. In addition, visitors receive free admission or reductions for numerous offers in neighbouring towns. Cancellation terms:
If you cancel your booking, the following charges will apply: - Up to 31 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price - From 30 to 15 days before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price - From 14 to 8 days before the start of the trip: 80% of the rental price - For later cancellation or non-appearance, the total rental price will be charged.

Great holiday apartment with a view over the lake and the mountains.

Holiday flat with full equipment and fantastic lake view
We have been spending holidays in holiday houses and flats for 30 years now. But we have never experienced such a fully equipped flat. There was really nothing lacking. The quiet location has had a significant part in the relaxation effect.

A cozy apartment with a wonderful lake view.
We stayed there with 4 people for just under a week. The location is just great. The apartment offers a wonderful view of the lake. It has everything you need, from a gas grill on the balcony to dishwasher tablets. Four bikes were provided to us free of charge. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. We felt at home and will definitely come back. We can definitely recommend the holiday apartment. It was a super relaxing vacation!

Incredibly beautiful!
A wonderful location with a fantastic view right by the lake! You can take great walks and of course bike tours. We were there with our two children and loved it. An outdoor swimming pool is also nearby. The holiday apartment is well equipped and very lovingly furnished. Contact with the landlords was great, fast and very friendly communication. Highly recommended!

Very good location for excursions, wonderful view of Lake Constance
Location:
The flat is in a pleasantly quiet location - the lakeshore is only approx. 60 m away.
Outdoor swimming pool (very nice facility with 2 pools with a view of the lake and the Alps and possibility to swim in the lake) approx. 200 m away.
Nearest free access to the lake with beach and sunbathing facilities approx. 400 m away.
The centre of Langenargen can be reached on foot in approx. 10 min.
Very beautiful view from the large balcony (sunny side) of the lake as shown in the photos.
The location is ideal as a starting point for excursions by car or bus / boat.
Facilities:
For 4 people very large flat, huge living room, bedroom sufficiently large, dining area also very usable.
Fully equipped: e.g. kitchen, crockery and cooking utensils very good quality.
Beds and mattresses very comfortable, not worn out.
More than enough cupboards and storage space available.
CONCLUSION: We spent 2 very nice and relaxing holiday weeks and can definitely recommend the flat...!
