Description

Our stylish Trischen (35 m ²) is just right for 2 large people
Facing south, the flat is located on the 1st floor.
Living room incl. kitchenette, one bedroom, freshly renovated daylight shower bathroom. In the garden you have your own small cosy garden corner with table and chairs.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome and can experience wonderful walks with you.

The flat has laminate and vinyl flooring.

Bedroom 1: Double bed (180 x 200), wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables
Living room: sofa bed, armchair, flat screen TV 32", dining table and chairs
Open kitchen: 2-plate ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with oven, a Senseo coffee pad machine on request, sufficient crockery and cutlery and everything you need for cooking and much more, e.g. kitchen roll, tea towels, dishcloths, etc.
Shower room: wall-mounted WC, washstand with drawer cabinet, hairdryer, toilet paper

Location and surroundings of object

By car you can reach Büsum harbour in five minutes, by foot you can walk along the water's edge in about 30 minutes and over the inland dike in about 20 minutes. Wonderful walks, whether at low tide or high tide. Especially in the evening, at sunset.
Deichhausen is about 2 km from Büsum and Büsum is about 24 km from Heide (the district town of Dithmarschen). Grocery shops and discounters can be reached by car in two minutes

There is much to see: St. Peter-Ording, Husum, Tönning, Wattforum, Westerhever lighthouse, Friedrichstadt, Albersdorf with Stone Age Park and lots of water or mudflats and therefore lots to discover

But you can also go to Sylt - by train and/or car. Or take a trip to the Baltic Sea. The quiet Büsumer Deichhausen is only 2 km southwest of Büsum with its lively harbour, museum harbour worth seeing, upmarket pedestrian zone (Alleestraße) and a wide variety of shopping and strolling possibilities. If you want to eat out, you really are spoilt for choice here. Excellent restaurants for every taste can be discovered while strolling through Büsum and for in-between: just have a fish roll with Büsum prawns or .............

Our Deichhausen green beach is only 300 m away, very well-maintained and beautiful and invites you to take a walk, relax and do sports. The dog beach is of equal value and just as close.
Especially recommended in Deichhausen is the Schäferei Rolfs with its delicious cakes, good coffee, fancy home accessories in a beautiful country house atmosphere. For children: pony rides and indoor playground. You can reach the shepherd's hut on foot in two minutes.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.

For every cancellation by the tenant of the rental agreement and non-use of the rental property, we charge 40 euros. In addition, the landlord is entitled to 80% of the rental amount if it is not possible to rent the property for the same period and at the same rental price.

From dog owner to dog owner: Dogs are not allowed in the bed or on the poster furniture!

A comprehensive bed linen/towel package, consisting of a bed and pillow cover as well as a fitted sheet, 2 towels 50 x 100, a shower towel 70 x 140 as well as a guest towel 30 x 50, can be optionally booked for 15.00 €/person.

Washing machine, dryer and detergent are available free of charge.


AGB

1. With the booking, which can be made by telephone, in writing or by e-mail, the tenant accepts the rental offer and the GTC.
2. After receipt of the rental contract/booking confirmation, the tenant must pay a 25% deposit of the total rental price. The remaining amount must be paid into the account specified by the landlord 14 days before the tenant's arrival.
3. In case of non-use of the rental object (cancellation), the landlord is entitled to 80% of the rental amount - regardless of the period of cancellation - if it is not possible to rent out the rental object for the same period and rental price. Above this amount we charge 40,-€ , regardless of a new letting
4. The lessor shall be released from the obligation to perform as well as from compensation for damages insofar as his performance becomes impossible due to a circumstance for which he is not responsible, e.g. legal requirements, pandemics or water/fire damage. If the rental object cannot be made available for other reasons, the landlord has the right to provide an equivalent rental object.
5. On the day of arrival, the flat is available to you from clock, on the day of departure until clock.
6. On taking possession of the rented property, any defects or damage must be reported immediately. The landlord is obliged to remedy the defects immediately in urgent cases or if the rented property is impaired. Any necessary repairs resulting therefrom shall be accepted by the tenant. In urgent cases, the landlord or his representatives shall be permitted to enter the rented property
7. No liability is accepted for items brought by the tenant
8. The rented property may only be occupied by the number of persons stated in the rental contract (children count as a full person). Pets may only be brought along with prior permission (the landlord may charge a fee for this)
9. The tenant must treat the rented property with care and undertakes to compensate for all damage caused by him and his flatmates and to report this to the agency
10. On departure, the rented property must be left swept clean. The dishes must be washed and the household waste disposed of. Pet hair must be removed and own food must be taken back. If these requirements are not met, the landlord reserves the right to assert additional claims.
11. The spa tax is to be paid by the tenant according to the local spa tax statutes.

Unfortunately not recommended!

Unfortunately, the holiday apartment cannot be recommended, as it was almost impossible to use the bathroom properly. A washbasin that is far too small, a shower where one could hardly stand because everything was too slanted, and one was only busy trying to fix the shower curtain somehow because it was at least 15 cm off the ground at both ends. A TV evening was only possible if one sat on the kitchen chairs because the couch was completely sagging. And the crazy, completely overgrown garden corner where you first would have had to mow the knee-high lawn and trim the bushes, an imposition. The only positive thing about this apartment was the location!

Four days off in Büsum

Our time out in Büsum and in the holiday apartment was great. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate quite so well, but you can't change that. The apartment is highly recommended, everything you need is there. To give a suggestion to the nice cleaning staff, I mentioned that there is a lack of a thermal carafe for coffee so that you can take the coffee beautifully into the garden. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness, especially with the cleaning staff who were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we liked everything very much, we will come back and can only recommend it. The location is good, everything is quickly accessible. We made beautiful bike tours.

The apartment we had with 2 adults and 1 child + dog was very nicely furnished and had everything you need. The beach and dog beach can be reached in 5 minutes. Büsum harbor and town in 10-15 minutes. We booked at short notice and everything worked out great! Thank you, we will definitely come back!

Great vacation rental.

Everything you need is available in the vacation apartment. Very cozy and decorative furnished, we felt very comfortable. Had 4 beautiful days in Büsum and would definitely come back.

No recovery in sight.

The double bed has broken slatted frames, partially attached to the bed frame with Spax screws. Loud creaking with every movement makes it impossible to sleep through the night! The "sofa bed" in the living room is not suitable for sleeping (causes back pain) and is so worn out that even sitting on it is very strenuous. Everything else is quite functional, unfortunately, a hood is missing. Visually okay. The initially non-functioning heating was immediately fixed! Location is very good.

Sehr geehrter Herr Thomas K. aus Hamburg,

schade, dass Sie uns während Ihres Aufenthaltes nicht die Gelegenheit gegeben haben, Ihnen zu einem erholsamen Schlaf zu verhelfen, sondern uns erst nach Ihrer Abreise durch diese unschöne Bewertung darüber „informieren“. Mit der Buchungsbestätigung wurde Ihnen Ihre Gästemappe zugesandt, wo unter anderem steht: „Wenn es doch mal Sorgen um die Wohnung gibt, rufen Sie uns an“. Unser Hausmeister hätte die zwei gelockerten Schrauben am Bettgestell festgezogen und Sie hätten gut schlafen können, ohne Mengen an Toilettenpapier zwischen (im Frühjahr erneuerten und immer noch einwandfreien) Lattenrost und Bettgestell zu stecken. Das Lattenrost wurde gegen Verrutschen mittels Schrauben am Bettgestell gesichert.

Die Polster des Schlafsofas wurden ebenfalls im Frühjahr erneuert. Während des Lockdowns war ausreichend Zeit, die Wohnung noch besser auszustatten.

Leider ist die Montage einer Dunstabzugshaube in dieser Küchenzeile nicht möglich, aber die neuen Fenster (Frühjahr) gewährleisten durch beidseitige Kippvorrichtung eine ausreichende Lüftung.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Lob für den schnell ans Laufen gebrachten - ebenfalls neuen – Heizkörper. Auch hier haben Sie sich nicht an uns, sondern an unsere Hausreinigungskräfte gewandt! Gut, dass diese uns sofort benachrichtigten.

Die vielen positiven Bewertungen, die persönlichen Gespräche mit unseren Gästen und unsere Bilder bestätigen die liebevolle Einrichtung, die außergewöhnliche gute Ausstattung und besonders die Sauberkeit unserer Ferienwohnungen.
