The well-maintained 128 sqm villa is located on the Costa Blanca in the coastal area of Benissa. The villa is situated in the quiet, very well-maintained residential area of Buenavista between Calpe and Moraira near the coast, about 3 km from supermarkets (international products), bars, and restaurants. The villa is for single use.

The "Advocat" cove is within walking distance. The center of Moraira and various sandy beaches can be reached in 6 - 7 minutes by car. The beach of Calpe is about 5 km away (about an 8-minute drive). The "Buenavista" tennis club (with 6 courts, paddle, fitness, and Pilates) is within walking distance.

The idyllic villa is located in a beautiful southern position, it has been modernized and maintained in traditional style, and features a very well-kept, private, Mediterranean-style garden with a 4 x 9 meter private pool, flat land, and terraces. Privacy is absolutely guaranteed, allowing you to have a carefree and relaxing vacation. The garden features automatic irrigation and offers various idyllic seating areas – some under palm trees – which invite you to relax. Ample space all around is a big plus of this property. A gas grill with an adjacent dining table is available. In the garden, a ping-pong table is available for use.

The private pool features Roman steps and a temperature-controlled outdoor shower. The pool terrace, with an adjacent covered pavilion, is equipped with 6 loungers and umbrellas.

The 800 sqm property is completely fenced and also offers a parking space for your car in a garage on the property. Bringing a pet is possible upon agreement. The 128 sqm living area extends over a main apartment and a separate annex apartment.

The villa is perfectly equipped for 6 people and has mosquito nets in all 3 bedrooms, an ironing board, an iron, a washing machine, 2 x SAT-TV with German ASTRA reception, a DVD player, various DVDs and books, an iPod player, and Playstation 2+3.

Internet connection via WLAN can be used free of charge. Main residence: The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, gas stove, electric oven, toaster, kettle, and a coffee machine.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, LED TV (German satellite reception via ASTRA), fireplace, DVD player, iPod player, PS3, and Wi-Fi internet connection. The Naya (enclosed terrace) includes a dining table with 4 chairs, and a small library; from the Naya, there is access to the roof terrace with a wonderful view of the surroundings and some sea view. The roof terrace is not suitable for children. A bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The second bathroom (en suite) is equipped with a toilet, shower, and sink. 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and mosquito net. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Secondary suite: divided into a double bedroom, a kitchen with electric stove, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker, living-dining room with built seating area, small table with 2 chairs, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi internet connection. Always happy to do it again

That was the best vacation home we have rented in years. The support during the stay is truly great. Can only recommend it. Suitable for older people as well as for young couples with children. Everything from the accommodation to the surrounding area with all its sights and attractions is harmonious. Can be recommended with a clear conscience.
