The detached, high-quality villa e with a private pool and beautiful sea views is located in the residential area of Cumbre del Sol near Moraira on a private plot with an enclosed carport. The private pool is equipped with Roman steps for easy entry and exit. Six sun loungers, a seating area and a parasol are available on the pool terrace. There is also a brick outdoor shower and a mobile barbecue. The house terrace is equipped with a dining group, and here too you are accompanied by the beautiful view of the sea. The distance to Moraira and the nearest beach is about 5 km.
