- This villa offers everything to enjoy a relaxing holiday at any time of year -
The villa stands on a 900 sqm enclosed property. High walls/hedges provide plenty of privacy, so you can move about freely and unrestrained. The 10 x 5 meter private pool, equipped with Roman steps for easy entry and exit, ensures swimming fun.
For a quick refreshment in between, there is an outdoor shower. On the adjoining sun terrace, six sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available for you. The garden is landscaped with lawn and palm trees.
The outdoor kitchen adjoining the pool terrace allows you to prepare your meals while enjoying a view of the pool and also invites you to cozy barbecue evenings. It is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, gas stove, gas grill, and dishes. You can enjoy your meals under the shaded pergola by the pool, where there is also an outdoor bar with bar stools and a music system. Additionally, a fan is available for your use.
Another seating option is offered on the higher terrace, which can be reached from the pool via a staircase. From there, you have an impressive view of Mount Montgo as well as a green area that borders the house property. A Wi-Fi internet connection (high speed) is at your disposal.
The villa is located in a cul-de-sac with 5 houses and therefore offers an absolutely quiet location.
It has a living-dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen adjoining the living-dining room is well equipped; it has a stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and sufficient dishes for 6 people. In a large laundry room, a washing machine is available for you. The house is equipped with an oil central heating system, which also ensures a pleasant indoor climate during the colder months. Unfortunately, the fireplace in the living room cannot be used.
Furthermore, the bright naya adjoining the living-dining room, with comfortable couches and another satellite TV, is available for you. From here, you have a staircase leading down to the pool as well as access to the aforementioned elevated terrace with a very beautiful view of the Montgo. The villa has 3 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed with single mattresses as well as air conditioning. The third bedroom has a modern sofa bed (140 x 200 meters) and is also equipped with air conditioning. Two modern bathrooms – one with a corner bathtub and toilet, the other with a shower and toilet – complete the living atmosphere. A dog may be brought along if it is ensured that the peace of the neighbors is not unreasonably disturbed by it and that the couch, bed, and pool are off-limits for it. Shopping facilities can be found at a distance of approx. 2 km. Bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in approx. 1 km. The old town of Denia with its fishing harbor and shopping street is only 2.5 km away. For golf lovers, there are various golf courses in the surrounding area. You can reach the sandy beach after 800 meters; a rocky beach, which is ideal for diving or snorkeling, is about 2.8 km away.
For your car, a garage as well as several parking spaces are available on the enclosed property with access gate.

very suitable for overwintering.

We had a fantastic 4 weeks in April at the Villa Acacia in Tuscany, Italy.
We had a dreamy 4 weeks in April in the villa.
Everything was perfect. Starting from the house to the furnishings, super beautiful and large pool, garden, view of Montgo, etc.
One must not forget the very nice and helpful contact person on site.
