Description
This villa offers everything to enjoy a relaxing holiday here at any time of the year.
The villa stands on a 900 sqm enclosed plot. High walls/hedges provide plenty of privacy so that you can move around freely. The 10 x 5 metre private pool, which is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy entry and exit, provides plenty of bathing fun.
For a quick cool down in between, there is an outdoor shower. Six sun loungers and parasols are available on the adjoining sun terrace. The garden is laid out with lawn and palm trees.
The outdoor kitchen adjacent to the pool terrace allows you to prepare your meals with a simultaneous view of the pool and also invites you to cosy barbecue evenings. It is equipped with a refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, sink, gas cooker, gas grill and dishes.
You can eat your meals under the pergola by the pool, which can be shaded, and there is also an outdoor bar with bar stools and a music system. In addition, a fan is at your disposal.
Another seating option is on the higher terrace, which can be reached from the pool via a staircase. From here, you have an impressive view of the Montgo mountain as well as of a green zone bordering the house property.
A WLAN internet connection (high speed) is at your disposal.
The villa is located in a cul-de-sac with 5 houses and therefore has an absolutely quiet location.
It has a living-dining room with satellite TV, CD and DVD player, fireplace and air conditioning. The kitchen adjoining the living-dining room is well equipped, it has a cooker with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment and enough dishes for 6 people. A washing machine is available for you in a large laundry room.
The house is equipped with oil-fired central heating which provides a pleasant indoor climate in the colder seasons. The fireplace in the living room can be heated with gas.
Furthermore, the light-flooded naya adjoining the living-dining room is ready for you with comfortable couches as well as another SAT-TV. From here you have a staircase to the pool as well as access to the above-mentioned, elevated terrace with a very beautiful view of the Montgo.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed with single mattresses and air conditioning. The third bedroom has a modern sofa bed (140 x 200 metres) and is also equipped with air conditioning. Two modern bathrooms - one with corner bathtub and WC, the other with shower and WC - complete the living ambience.
Shopping facilities can be found about 2 km away. Bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in about 1 km. The old town of Denia with its fishing harbour and shopping mile is only 2.5 km away. For golf lovers, there are various golf courses in the surrounding area. The sandy beach can be reached after 800 metres, a rocky beach, which is ideal for diving or snorkelling, is approx. 2.8 km away.
A garage and several parking spaces are available for your car on the enclosed property with access gate.

uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen
Wir haben diese Villa im August/September 3 Wochen genossen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Schöner, nicht einsehbarer Pool, eine tolle Sommerküche für den Grillspaß und eine äußerst ruhige Lage machten den Urlaub zum Genuß. Jederzeit wieder.

Anmerkung: bei unserem letztjährigen Aufenthalt äußerten wir auf freundliche Nachfrage der Besitzerin kleinere Verbesserungsvorschläge, und in diesem Jahr freuten wir uns, dass alle Vorschläge von der Besitzerin übernommen wurden. Ein dickes Lob !!! – nun ist alles perfekt.

wunderschöne Villa
Wir haben in dieser wundervollen Villa 2 Wochen verbracht.(6 Erwachsene) Die Einrichtung, der Pool einfach fantastisch.
Alles war sauber und in bestem Zustand.
Der Betreuerin vor Ort möchten wir ein herzliches Dankeschön aussprechen.Sie war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.
Es waren Ferien an die wir uns noch lange gerne Erinnern werden.
