Description

In addition to the extensive pool terrace, another sunny panoramic terrace with a chill-out seating area and a beautiful view of the mountain and the sea awaits you on the roof of the house. Enjoy the view of the sea of lights of the city or of the Montgo mountain in the evening here as well.

Updates in the finca: a built outdoor shower has been added to the pool terrace, followed by a covering, with a sink and a kitchen counter. Upon request, a rental for up to 10 people can also be arranged with a surcharge, including an additional guest cottage, which remains locked and uninhabited when rented for up to 6 people.

The city center and the beach are approximately 2 km away, with the nearest supermarket 1 km away.
