Beautiful break

We really enjoyed the break. The location is really great, as it is very close to the beach. It was quiet and we lacked almost nothing. Since we like to end the evening with a TV night, we wished for a slightly more modern device. But otherwise, we lacked nothing and felt very comfortable. Definitely recommendable, and all the best for the owners.

Winter at the North Sea

A very well-located holiday apartment, directly behind the dunes. 4 minutes on foot and you have this fabulous view over the sea. The apartment was very well equipped and very dog-friendly. Great! Nothing was missing. What could still be improved is the cleanliness of the kitchen. We had to do some extra cleaning. We were in Holland in winter, with wonderful peace and solitude on the beach. The holiday apartment is highly recommended.

The location is great, you can hardly get closer to the beach! The holiday house is well equipped and nicely furnished, so we felt very comfortable during our stay. An all-round successful holiday

Communication with the landlord was very quick and smooth.
The house is clean, great layout and fantastically close to the beach. We were there with 2 adults, 2 children and a dog, and had enough space. Nothing stood in the way of a cosy evening watching TV.
Only the folder with important information was so well hidden that we only found it on the last day. If it was on the table for the next holidaymaker, that would certainly be better.

A cosy uncomplicated holiday

The holiday home is very clean and super equipped, we didn't want for anything. The small terrace and the peace and quiet of the complex are nice. Unfortunately, the spiral staircase in the house is very steep and the steps are open, which was not to our taste. Our dog was afraid of the stairs, so he avoided them and preferred to stay on the ground floor. In our opinion it is also a pity that there is only one toilet on the ground floor, this is not so great at night, we were also missing a socket, either downstairs in the toilet room or upstairs in the shower room, as I said is only our feeling. All in all, it was a very nice holiday.

Beach 44, Zoutelande

We have known the Kustlicht Park for many years and are in Zoutelande 1-2 times/year. The house is modern, the equipment especially in the kitchen is good.
The price is absolutely reasonable and we are happy when we can get such a nice accommodation for us with 3 dogs in this great location. We will be happy to come back.

Immer wieder

We were at Strand 44 over New Year's.

And once again, something has changed: the gables are newly clad and the bathroom is renovated. All pipes are hidden, newly tiled, and new fixtures. It speaks volumes about the landlord's dedication to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the vacation home! Kudos to them.

The stay was as relaxing as always. For the few days, we had mostly pre-cooked, so contacts with outsiders could be kept to a minimum, allowing for a safe vacation even in Corona times.

Toller Urlaub

We had a great holiday at Strand 44, felt very comfortable and lacked nothing there. The house is very cozy and tastefully furnished, the kitchen is a dream. I have never experienced a kitchen in a vacation rental that is so well equipped. The mattresses are excellent, and even on cooler days, thanks to the good heating system, it is snug and warm in the house. Two bicycles are available for free use. The supermarket nearby can be quickly reached on foot, and the beach is just a stone's throw away. The house Strand 44 has a very good location within the well-kept complex "Kustlicht," with ample parking spaces near the house. We had 14 days of fantastic weather this year. It made our time in Holland even more enjoyable than usual. The perfect location directly on the sea was perfect for relaxing on the beach. Beautiful house in a prime location

The house is located just a short walk from the dunes and the beach. The kitchen is new and well equipped. Everything was very clean, and the contact with the landlord was excellent. The house is described as accommodating six people, but it only has one shower, one toilet, and two double bedrooms. The third room has a bunk bed. Therefore, I recommend the house for a maximum of 4 people. On the whole, I can only recommend the house. The stairs to the bedroom and the shower are very steep and therefore difficult to navigate for people with limited mobility.

We were, my wife and I, with our daughter and her twins for a week in the von Elstermanns' holiday home. The cottage has three bedrooms in addition to other rooms described in the house brochure, so no problems at all with adequate sleeping arrangements. Everything was very well maintained and very clean.
Kustlicht is a self-contained housing estate with detached and terraced houses in the immediate vicinity of the village of Zoutelande. The holiday home itself is part of a row of terraced houses. Absolute peace and quiet is guaranteed in the housing estate. The walk to the supermarket, the bakery and to Zoutelande takes 10 to 15 minutes.
The beach is about 300m away on foot. On the beach you can spend the classic bathing holiday with children. Long walks on the beach and interesting excursions to the neighbouring villages are inviting
