Our detached villa surrounded by a large park-like garden was early 2015 completely renovated and high-quality furnishings.
The Villa got a new family sauna with views of the dunes, a new spa with Jacuzzi for 2 persons and in the lower bedroom has a high-quality box spring.
In our Villa Beach & Spa you will feel comfortable in any season. In summer, a park-like sunny, completely fenced garden, several terraces with high quality garden furniture and barbecue as well as the proximity to the beach unrestricted outdoor pleasure. For Active 4 Dutch bikes can be booked. During the winter, or if the weather does not cooperate so stand for wellness a family sauna and a spa are available, and then you can relax by the fireplace and a beautiful movie from our small DVD collection, that can be enjoyed on the XL-flat ,
We offer a luxurious detached villa for 6 people with 130 sqm living area, conservatory, plot 643 m², completely fenced park-like garden, several terraces with a fireplace grill, 3 parking on site.
3 bedrooms, a ground level bedroom, two bedrooms upstairs, one with extra TV and DVD and Safe (1 x Doppelboxspringbetten, 1 double bed and 1 x 2 single beds).
Living area with fireplace, leather sofa, dining table for 6 people, reading area in the conservatory, XL flat screen TV (satellite TV), DVD, radio with CD / MP3, small DVD library, small library, free Wi-Fi.

Location and surroundings of object
Julianadorp is a small quiet village with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. It is close to the wonderful beach and a unique dune landscape. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking and cycling routes amidst the flourishing tulip fields. In the area are many cozy places like Schagen, Medemblick, Hoorn, Alkmaar, Texel and Amsterdam (1 hour away by train). The resort has two restaurants and a snack bar. Several supermarkets are about 1 km away.

Golf: A 9-hole A Status golf course (par 70) located on the resort and a covered driving range. For beginners and children there is a 9-hole fun course, golf school and shpo on the premises. In the park there are two restaurants, bowling, golf course, a subtropical swimming pool (reopened in July 2016), tennis court, indoor and outdoor children's playgrounds, bike rental, bread service and much more
The wide and award-winning beach is about 1 km away within easy walking or cycling distance. The beach pavilion Paal 6 directly on the beach access is open all year.
The villa is located in the exclusive golf and beach park Ooghduyne. The extensive and well-maintained park is surrounded by small lakes and canals. In the park you will find numerous leisure activities:

The nearby North Sea beach begins behind the imposing dunes. The approximately 40 km long, wide and fine sandy beach has been awarded several times with the Environmental Award of the EU. In the area of Julianadorp aan Zee there are two managed beach pavilions, one year round.
Not only the beach but also the unique dune landscape with hiking and biking trails invite.
Julianadorp aan Zee: The village has a central village square with pharmacy, bank, supermarket (Aldi and Lidl), fish shop, etc. There are also two shopping centers with two well-stocked supermarkets. Cozy restaurants invite you to eat.
In the area there are many worthwhile destinations, such as the nearby island of Texel, the IJsselmeer with its picturesque towns, Alkmaar or Bergen aan Zee. Amsterdam can be easily reached by train in 1 hour

| Arrival and departure is always the Saturday during the season. For last minute availability shorter bookings are possible in all periods, this day may be arranged flexibly. Please send us a request. Rental is inclusive of electricity, heating, water, sset, taxes, bottle of wine. Cot (without bedding), stair gates and high chair are available on request free of charge. For pets, a flat fee of 25 € will be charged. Sheets and / or towels optional for 10 € and 5 € per person to be booked. |
Cancellation terms:
15% of the booking amount will be retained for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival. The contractually agreed retention of 15% of the booking amount in the event of a cancellation is a standard cancellation fee as a flat-rate compensation for the effort and risk of not being able to re-rent the canceled period, or only doing so at a special price. A beautiful house for wellness and relaxation
For many years, our family has been drawn back to this tastefully furnished house with sauna and whirlpool. The garden cannot be seen from the outside, so one can be undisturbed.

Auszeit vom Coronastress
After the Beach & Golf, our second visit to the Sturm family in North Holland. Despite the Corona lockdown, we had a wonderful time again! The communication with Mrs. Sturm and her son was quick and friendly, would love to come back!

We are a family (with a son) from the Ruhr area, Herne. There we work in our own law and tax consulting firm. Since we have always preferred to spend our holidays in beautiful holiday homes, in 2011 we bought our Strandhuus in Travemünde and in the following years our 4 houses in Julianadorp. We have renovated all houses and furnished and equipped to a high standard. All houses are rented by us personally.
