Our detached villa surrounded by a large park-like garden was early 2015 completely renovated and high-quality furnishings.
The Villa got a new family sauna with views of the dunes, a new spa with Jacuzzi for 2 persons and in the lower bedroom has a high-quality box spring.
In our Villa Beach & Spa you will feel comfortable in any season. In summer, a park-like sunny, completely fenced garden, several terraces with high quality garden furniture and barbecue as well as the proximity to the beach unrestricted outdoor pleasure. For Active 4 Dutch bikes can be booked. During the winter, or if the weather does not cooperate so stand for wellness a family sauna and a spa are available, and then you can relax by the fireplace and a beautiful movie from our small DVD collection, that can be enjoyed on the XL-flat ,
We offer a luxurious detached villa for 6 people with 130 sqm living area, conservatory, plot 643 m², completely fenced park-like garden, several terraces with a fireplace grill, 3 parking on site.
3 bedrooms, a ground level bedroom, two bedrooms upstairs, one with extra TV and DVD and Safe (1 x Doppelboxspringbetten, 1 double bed and 1 x 2 single beds).
Living area with fireplace, leather sofa, dining table for 6 people, reading area in the conservatory, XL flat screen TV (satellite TV), DVD, radio with CD / MP3, small DVD library, small library, free Wi-Fi.
Modern kitchen incl. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas range, coffee maker, Senseo.

Location and surroundings of object
Julianadorp is a small quiet village with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. It is close to the wonderful beach and a unique dune landscape. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking and cycling routes amidst the flourishing tulip fields. In the area are many cozy places like Schagen, Medemblick, Hoorn, Alkmaar, Texel and Amsterdam (1 hour away by train). The resort has two restaurants and a snack bar. Several supermarkets are about 1 km away.

Golf: A 9-hole A Status golf course (par 70) located on the resort and a covered driving range. For beginners and children there is a 9-hole fun course, golf school and shpo on the premises. The wide and award-winning beach is about 1 km away within easy walking or cycling distance. The beach pavilion Paal 6 directly on the beach access is open all year.
The villa is located in the exclusive golf and beach park Ooghduyne. The extensive and well-maintained park is surrounded by small lakes and canals. In the park you will find numerous leisure activities:

Not only the beach but also the unique dune landscape with hiking and biking trails invite.
Julianadorp aan Zee: The village has a central village square with pharmacy, bank, supermarket (Aldi and Lidl), fish shop, etc. There are also two shopping centers with two well-stocked supermarkets. Cozy restaurants invite you to eat.
In the area there are many worthwhile destinations, such as the nearby island of Texel, the IJsselmeer with its picturesque towns, Alkmaar or Bergen aan Zee. Amsterdam can be easily reached by train in 1 hour

Ein wunderschönes Haus für Wellness und Erholung
Seit vielen Jahren zieht es uns als Familie immer wieder zurück in dieses geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus mit Sauna und Whirlpool. Der Garten kann nicht von außen eingesehen werden, sodass man ungestört ist.

Auszeit vom Coronastress

Ein Haus zum wohlfühlen...
Wir, 3 Erwachsene brauchten einfach mal ein Auszeit vom Stress....Arbeiten...und den ständigen negativen Nachrichten. Die Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus hat uns mega gut getan. Die Küchen-Ausstattung war toll, um sich selber ein gutes Essen zu kochen. Das ganze Haus ist schön sauber...die Betten waren so bequem, das einem das aufstehen schon sehr schwer fiel :-)
Das Wohnzimmer/Essbereich ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Sauna und der Wirlpool waren für die Männer das Highlight im Haus. Also in kurzer Form gesagt......Es war eine super entspannte Auszeit!!!!!!!
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war super freundlich...Der Zugang zu den Schlüsseln war gut und einfach beschrieben. Es hat alles sehr gut und einfach geklappt. Vielen Dank dafür, und dem sehr netten Kontakt, sagen...die 3 aus dem Ruhrpott.

Zwei Stellplätze für Pkw vor dem Haus. Großer Garten, schöne Terrasse, im Haus viel Platz und gemütliche Einrichtung mit einigem Komfort (Whirlpool, Sauna, Kamin ...). Ausreichend Platz ist für 6 Personen.
Das Haus hat eine sehr zentrale Lage für Städte-/Inseltouren: In max. 1 Stunde Fahrzeit erreicht man z. B. Amsterdam und Leeuwarden, bis Alkmaar sind es rund 30 Minuten und bis Den Helder ca. 10 Minuten. Von dort dauert die Überfahrt mit der Fähre nach Texel nur rund 20 Minuten.

Komfortabler Strandurlaub mit Hunden
Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, hell, freundlich und sehr gepflegt. Großer komplett umzäunter Garten. Ideal für Hunde, auch der kleine Spaziergang am Feldrand zum Strand. Strand ist für Hunde paradiesisch, hundefreundlicher Freilauf möglich.
Haus auch für Nichthundehalter perfekt, nichts deutet auf die vielen vierbeinigen Gäste hin.

Traumhaus mit Wohlfühleffekt
Das Ferienhaus ist einfach klasse,wir durften hier eine wunderschöne entspannte Zeit verbringen.Besonders hervor zu heben ist das Bad mit der mega tollen Wirlpoolwanne,aber auch sonst ist das Haus stilvoll eingerichtet es fehlt einfach an nichts und es ist sehr sauber.Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war klasse.Sollte uns die Sehnsucht wieder nach Julianadorpp ziehen ,werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Haus wählen.

Tolle Unterkunft
Bereits zum zweiten mal, haben wir ein Ferienhaus der Familie Sturm besucht. Auch jetzt waren wir wieder sehr zufrieden mit dem reibungslosen Ablauf. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Bei Ankunft war alles sehr sauber. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal da. Danke

Villa Beach & Spa von Familie Sturm
Wir waren schon oft im Norden der Niederlande, aber ein so gut eingerichtetes Haus hatten wir noch nicht.Wir waren nicht in der Hauptsaison dort, da war es echt günstig. Auch unser Hund hatte Spaß dort. Der Garten ist groß und umzäunt. Der Parkplatz (2 Stück) für das Auto ist direkt am Haus.

Wunderschönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben eine tolle Urlaubswoche mit drei Personen und zwei Hunden verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Wenn es draußen kalt ist, kann man in der geräumigen Sauna prima entspannen. Sollte wirklich einmal etwas defekt sein, wird sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt.

Fantastic holiday home near the beach
We spent a great week in the holiday home. Great location and feel-good atmosphere!
Only a few minutes by car to the beach. The house is super equipped and you immediately feel at home. Ideal with a dog, as it is completely fenced in. Great service, the toaster was broken and the next day a new one was waiting at the door. Absolutely recommended!

Tolles Ferienhaus
Wir haben bereits zum 3. Mal in diesem Haus unseren Herbsturlaub verbracht und haben uns auch dieses Jahr wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sauber, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist klasse, es fehlt einem an nichts. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Vermieterin ist sehr professionell und meldet sich bei Fragen oder Wünschen umgehend. Der Strand ist auch zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, das Schwimmbad ohnehin in Laufweite. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung
Wir haben uns mit unseren Hunden in diesem Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt, sehr wohlgefühlt. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Freizeitmöglichkeiten - alles in der Nähe vorhanden. Strand mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Grundstück komplett eingezäunt und nicht einsehbar.

Tolles Haus
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Viel Platz, sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Sauna ist toll. Der Garten ist ausbruchssicher für Hunde und völlig uneinsichtig. Spazieren in der Umgebung mit Hund, auch zum Strand Klasse!
Einkaufen und Besichtigungen in der Umgebung hervorragend. Prima auch mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Im Park selber auch jede Menge Möglichkeiten. Wer abschalten will, ist hier im Haus richtig.

Super Urlaub im Mai 2018
Wir waren 5 Personen und hatten auch noch unsere 2 Hunde dabei. Das Haus ist wirklich klasse (sauber, super Ausstattung etc.) man hat auch genug Platz um sich aus dem Weg zu gehen.
Der Garten ist ein Traum, sehr schön angelegt und kann von außen nicht eingesehen werden. Auch unsere Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder :-)

Entspannte Tage als Familie
Wir haben unsere Pfingstferien in dem Ferienhaus verbracht.
Dieses liegt in einem Ferienpark, jedoch ist das Grundstück nicht einsehbar.
Im Haus haben wir alles gehabt, was wir brauchten. Freizeit- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Ebenso lassen sich die Dünen perfekt mit dem Fahrrad erkunden.
Alles in Allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub in einem schöne und sauberen Ferienhaus der Familie Sturm.

Super Ferienhaus mit allem Kompfort
