Are you looking for a modern and lovingly furnished holiday home by the North Sea, in the beautiful fishing village of Greetsiel? *** Then you have come to the right place
House Chiara-Marie offers accommodation for up to 6 people and max. one baby, as well as your 4-legged dog on approx. 100 sqm and 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is a modern fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired, a dining area and a living room area, 1 bedroom is on the ground floor, as well as a spacious shower room, 2 further bedrooms as well as a further shower room (incl. washing machine) are on the upper floor.
Thus the house offers you 3 bedrooms with 2 sleeping places each, there would be the possibility to accommodate a baby travel bed in one of the bedrooms after consultation. Furthermore, there is a fireplace in the house. There is also an additional TV in one of the bedrooms on the upper floor. Two satellite TVs (flat screens), a DVD player, a hi-fi micro system with cassette deck, CD player, radio and USB connection provide for your entertainment.
In front of the house there is the possibility to park 2 cars or one car with trailer
A spacious terrace with appropriate garden furniture invites you to linger, the stainless steel swivel barbecue to cosy barbecue evenings. For our little guests there are street crayons, a ball and badminton game and a bobby car in the little garden houses,
In the house, children will find board games, books, audio cassettes and playback equipment, so that our youngest guests are also well catered for
The house is located in the beautiful canal district and the centre of the village is only 5 minutes away on foot.

Location and surroundings of object
Haus Jannis-Michelle is located on the edge of the town centre (An den Greetsieler Grachten 5). It is only a few minutes' walk from the adventure playground, bakery, supermarket with large meat counter, medical centre, pharmacy and health oasis. The village centre with its idyllic fishing harbour is also only a 5-minute walk away. There is also a bicycle rental shop in the immediate vicinity, which offers inexpensive bicycles for young and old.
In Greetsiel, beautiful alleys invite you to stroll. There are various gift and tea shops, clothing, shoes and much more. Treat yourself to culinary delights in garden cafés, ice cream parlours and typical East Frisian restaurants. Of course, there is also Italian, Greek cuisine, etc. Enjoy freshly caught fish and the famous North Sea crabs.
A real highlight for young and old is always the fishing harbour with the largest crab cutter fleet in East Frisia. Here you can regularly watch the fishermen at work. The famous Greetsiel twin mills are always a nice holiday motif (with a guided tour of the mills). There are beautiful cycle paths, also off the beaten track. East Frisia is always worth a visit. The impressive landscape was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2009. There is a lot to discover all around and you can be active in sports. In the immediate vicinity you will find: bathing fun and wellness, water sports (kiting, surfing) paddle and pedal, mudflat walks, horse riding, golfing, modern leisure centres for children, boat trips (also directly from Greetsiel), get to know the East Frisian Islands ( a different one every year ... highly recommended), canal and harbour cruises, shopping and lots of culture, lively museums, small seals, in summer there are many festivals and special events, also with live music and concerts, Viking and knight festivals, churches with important organ landscapes, historic windmills, lighthouses the famous Otto Walkes Lighthouse in Pilsum, by the way you can also get married there! Visit the famous Meyer shipyard in Papenburg. There you can see how luxurious cruise ships like the Aida fleet are built, the VW plant in Emden for car enthusiasts and much more. There is no room for boredom here - for the whole family. You have to experience East Frisia for yourself. Flat as a flounder, but never boring. See for yourself! At the same time, strengthen your immune system and recharge your batteries with the iodine-rich North Sea air and the healthy stimulating climate. Not only recommended in summer.
The enchanting fishing village of Greetsiel captivates with its romantic little lanes, its wonderful historic gabled houses from the 17th century and the over 600-year-old fishing harbour with its impressive shrimp cutter fleet and the famous Greetsiel twin mills. You can also indulge yourself in every culinary aspect. There are numerous restaurants, cafés and ice cream parlours
A small but fine indoor swimming pool, a miniature golf course, a bathing lake and a very nice playground round off the whole thing. The "Lücko Lighthouse - Children's House" is also located in the village, where handicrafts and games are offered for young guests.

Holiday in a holiday home
The holiday home was clean, very well maintained and furnished with love. Top location. It felt like home. Thank you also to the service staff. Nothing was missing. The town centre is just a few minutes away. There are many sights that are inviting. There is a lot to do culturally. A walk on the mud flats is highly recommended. You also have to experience high and low tide
The stay is highly recommended. We would go on holiday there again at any time.

Super tolles Ferienhaus
A great vacation home where we immediately felt comfortable. Super clean and very lovingly furnished. Absolutely quiet and located in a cul-de-sac. Everything is easily accessible on foot. We will definitely come back!

Wonderful short trip
There was only a short 4-day gap, but the excellently furnished holiday home in a very good location makes it very easy for us to immediately get into vacation mode. The furnishings are very good, the technical equipment left nothing to be desired, and the service at check-in and check-out was very flexible and friendly. We can highly recommend the stay and would love to come back again.

Beautiful house in a great environment
We have spent a week in Chiara-Marie several times and have always been thrilled. The house is very tastefully and cozy furnished and lacks nothing. The harbor of Greetsiel and the town center are within walking distance. Restaurants and a grocery store with a bakery are also nearby. We can only recommend the house. The contact with the landlords is extremely positive and so is the service (key handover, bed linen...). ) works excellent.
