Description
This detached holiday home for six people is directly on the water in the beautiful holiday park Zomerdorp Grevelingen, just 300 meters from Lake Grevelingen. The house has a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen on the ground floor, as well as two single rooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Through the sliding door in the living room, you can directly access the garden - a secluded, green oasis of 600 m² on the edge of the park and by the water, where you can enjoy both sun and shade.

The park offers peace and quiet, with 130 detached holiday houses on plots ranging from 250 m² to 600 m². Although the park itself has no facilities, all necessary amenities can be found nearby at Park Port Greve. Location and surroundings of object
For the little ones there is a small playground, an animal enclosure and the so-called 'children's beach' at Grevelingenmeer. Everything reached in about 10 minutes. These are to run nice, because you can keep along the harbor, which leads through the historic village center.
For large North Sea beach is reached by car in good ten minutes or easily accessible by bike. Brouwershaven is a small, idyllic harbor town with sailing traffic. It is located on Grevelingenmeer, surrounded by a few small villages. Despite this, the next largest cities like Zierikzee and Renesse are in a few minutes (10-15 minutes).
There Brouwershaven all necessary shops, such as: supermarket (with bike rental), bakery, fishmonger, pharmacy, hairdresser, electronics stores, cafes and restaurants, all of which are placed around the old marina around.

Pleasant vacation experienced
The house offers everything you need to have a pleasant vacation. The sea as well as necessary facilities like supermarkets are accessible both on foot and by car throughout the surrounding area. The location is pleasantly quiet, yet there are also many activities to experience with children. Only the second bedroom on the upper floor, which is equipped with two single beds, is rather small due to the slant, so I would not necessarily recommend it for very tall people. However, there are enough alternatives in the house. Overall, we were on site with the whole family, from the great-grandmother to the 4-year-old granddaughter, including 2 large dogs, and everyone was really satisfied; the garden is also super secured for large dogs due to the fencing. All in all, everything is taken care of here, and we had a nice stay.

Great vacation
We spent two very nice weeks in this holiday home. It is equipped with everything you need and our dog also felt very comfortable. The location of the house is great and we will definitely come back. Many thanks to the owner and the Roosen family for the consistently excellent service.

Always happy to do it again
A very beautiful and cozy house with a great location. We were there for the second time and felt very comfortable. One point of criticism is the dishes, which seem to be randomly assorted.

Schönes Ferienhaus
We have now been to this holiday home for the 3rd time and once again completely satisfied. The house is very nice, quiet yet central in the Zomerdorp Grevelingen directly at the Grevelingen Meer with a small sandy beach (about 5 minutes by car to the North Sea). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away (in the Landal Park). There you can find everything for your daily needs. The house is functional and very cozy. The beds upstairs are great. The parent's bed is a box spring bed. We slept very well. By the way, the house is located directly on a typical Dutch canal that runs through the complex. But don't worry with small children, the property is completely fenced so nothing can happen.
There were four of us staying there. On the ground floor, there are two small rooms, each with a single bed. So, it's also suitable for several children.
We really liked it and we will definitely come back soon. One should definitely make a detour to Domburg and Zierikzee. Nice for strolling. The beaches are actually all beautiful and endlessly long. In Renesse, you can observe seals well. There are differences in the beach restaurants. But one should form their own opinion. They are all cozy.
