Description

Within walking distance of the dunes and beach (10 min.) Is this very cozy, detached cottage. The house is on the edge of the small private park Scalde Oort. The park is located on walking distance from the beach and dunes of Westenschouwen. Forestry Westenschouwen, the largest forest of Zeeland, can also be reached within 10 minutes. In this magnificent forest and dunes, you can go hiking and cycling.

Through the hallway you enter the cozy, bright living room with a dining table for 6 people. The living room has a cozy sitting area where you can unwind in front of the fireplace the day. From the lounge you enter the sunny terrace with a garden furniture for six people and a barbecue. After a day at the beach you can relax on a sun lounger in the spacious garden (550 m2).

In the generously appointed open kitchen has, among other things, a 4-burner gas cooker, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a combi microwave and a Nespresso machine.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and is accessible via the living room. This bedroom has two box spring beds (90 x 200) and enough closets. Down the hall you also get into the bathroom. The first is equipped with a shower, a sink cabinet, a toilet and a washing machine. The second bathroom (recently renovated) has a walk-in shower and a toilet.

The staircase leads to a spacious loft with a cozy reading corner and a lot of cupboards. The two other bedrooms are also upstairs. Both have two box spring beds (90 x 200) and enough closets.

The house is centrally heated. There is also digital TV and free Wi-Fi. You can park on its own premises. In the garden is a garden house, where you can store bicycles.

"Fleur de Mer" is the ideal location for a perfect family vacation on the coast of Zeeland. Beach, sea, dunes and the many cozy restaurants of Westenschouwen are all just a stone's throw away!
