Location: Quiet and pure nature. 3.5 km from the town centreYou live in a quiet, preferred location of Borkum, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The beach is only a few minutes away.

The house is located in the island's nature reserve in the middle of a beautiful beach and dune landscape.
The outdoor area offers you a large terrace for extensive sunbathing, relaxed breakfasts or barbecues. Enjoy the miles-wide view of the dunes, Borkum's skyline and passing luxury liners. By bike, you can comfortably explore the bourgeois

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance: You can get documents online or at any travel agency. If you do not take out cancellation insurance and are unable to come, you are welcome to provide a subtenant who will take over your rental contract. Unfortunately, re-letting through the Borkum Tourist Information involves agency fees, which we would have to charge you. Similarly, if we are unable to re-let, we will unfortunately have to charge you 90% of the total cost. If the property is re-let, we will inform you immediately, and only then can you be released from the rental agreement you have made with us. If you leave early, the rent will not be refunded. Cancellation due to Corona will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Restaurants in the immediate vicinity for tea time with sea buckthorn cake or a hearty dinner. Nothing stands in the way of a wonderful day at the beach, because you have the privilege of living directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in Germany: The FKK beach, which is about 300 metres away, represents Borkum's most extensive beach. You won't find beach chairs and tents crammed into a very small space here, because the expanse of the Wadden Sea dominates.
You want to come by car? No problem, because the new holiday home is outside the red zone, so you can easily drive up and park for free.
If it should be too hot or cold for you, simply use the modern air conditioning in your holiday home. In the high-quality bathroom you can rinse the sand off your feet and freshen up for a nice evening in the city centre.
Watching a film, the latest Bundesliga match and being up to date online should not be denied to you even on holiday. We have flat-screen TVs with satellite connection, DVD films and free WLAN.
Get out of the daily routine and into the North Sea climate!

A wonderful holiday!

We had to use the Strandflieder and Sanddorn flat because nothing else was possible during our holiday period. So a move on holiday, certainly unusual, but possible with good support from the landlords. The location of the holiday flats is simply brilliant for grandparents and grandchildren (were only there for the first week). Airfield watching, parachuting, access to naturism and supply possibilities In "Ostland", simply brilliant. The town of Borkum is really only a stopgap for worse weather, which we did not have. Any time again!!!

Absolutely recommended

We were four of us with a toddler and thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the comfortable amenities. There was nothing missing in the apartment. Next year again.
