The spacious, representative and comfortably furnished 3-room non-smoking flat on the 2nd floor (attic) offers you an appealing and friendly living ambience for 1 - 6 persons.

The living area, which is open to the gable, is equipped with a modern, comfortable leather seating area. The sofa offers you a sleeping possibility for 2 persons. The fireplace provides an exclusive cosy atmosphere and the wide window front to the adjoining roof terrace provides a light living ambience. There is plenty of seating furniture available on the roof terrace. The living room has underfloor heating and oak parquet flooring. The two bedrooms are furnished with large, comfortable double beds. Built-in cupboards provide you with sufficient storage space

The following appliances are at your disposal: TV flatscreen (satellite connection), stereo system.

The modern fitted kitchen with cooking island, open to the living room, is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, electric grill, etc.

The chic bathroom has a corner bathtub, a shower and a hairdryer.

The flat is suitable as a holiday home but also as an alternative to a hotel or guesthouse. Our guests are holidaymakers, business travellers and people looking for temporary accommodation

It is possible to rent the apartment for short periods of 3 nights or more. Please see the attached price list for prices. We are looking forward to your booking request.

Payment method:
A deposit of 20% of the total price is to be paid, payable up to 14 days after conclusion of the contract.
The balance is to be paid in advance by bank transfer, at the latest in cash when moving in.
A deposit of € 200.00 is due with the balance payment. The account will be settled 3 days after departure at the latest.
Payment by credit card is not possible.

The booked flat is available to you from 16:00 on the day of arrival. The keys will be handed over to you personally or by arrangement.
On the day of departure, the flat must be vacated by 11:00 am.

Cancellation terms:

A cancellation/change of booking requires written confirmation from the landlord. The following staggered charges apply for cancellations, based on the confirmed total lodging price for the entire booked period: Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: processing fee of 50.00 EUR. Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: processing fee of 70% of the rental price. Cancellation 1 day before arrival: processing fee of 90% of the rental price. The date on which the cancellation notice is received by the landlord is decisive. The tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. This person must be reasonable and financially solvent for the landlord. They will enter into the contract under the existing conditions. The processing fee for a rebooking is 30.00 EUR.
