The house is located in a quiet residential area with little resident traffic.
Due to the central location, you can easily reach the grocery shop, hairdresser, bank, pharmacy, doctor and bus stop on foot in just a few minutes. Ubbedissen is located on the northern edge of the Teutoburg Forest in the eastern part of the city of Bielefeld, in the district of Stieghorst.
