The sleeping area is equipped with a large, comfortable double bed and a wardrobe and the flat has underfloor heating.
The following appliances are available in the living-sleeping area: TV flatscreen (satellite connection), stereo system (MP3-capable).
The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave with baking function, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle etc.) consists of a trendy kitchenette with a bar table and bar stools.
Here you can eat comfortably with 2 people.
The chic bathroom is equipped with a feel-good shower and a hairdryer.
This bright flat also impresses with its generous south-facing window front and the adjoining 10 m² balcony with a view of the greenery.

Cancellation terms:
A cancellation/change of booking requires written confirmation from the landlord. The following staggered charges apply for cancellations, based on the confirmed total lodging price for the entire booked period: Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: processing fee of 50.00 EUR. Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: processing fee of 70% of the rental price. Cancellation 1 day before arrival: processing fee of 90% of the rental price. The date on which the cancellation notice is received by the landlord is decisive. The tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. This person must be reasonable and financially solvent for the landlord. They will enter into the contract under the existing conditions. The processing fee for a rebooking is 30.00 EUR.
