4-room house, 50 m²: living room with double sofa bed, dining room is divided by which an open arch, fireplace, table and chairs, separate cooking kitchen, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower / WC. A laundry room with washing machine and toilet is accessible from the outside.
Terrace with outdoor seating, loungers, barbecue, sage / -and- rosemary bushes. Outdoor shower.
2000 m² of land completely fenced, gate with remote control, parking in house near under a sunshield. Outdoor lighting.
Good standard accommodation, 4-burner stove with hood and oven, refrigerator, TV-SAT, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
Washing machine.
Central heating with pellets. The wood for the fireplace is provided free.
Access along 400 m gravel.
Parking at the house.
Deposit EUR 150th
Pets extra charge of 20 € allows.
Hot water is produced by a solar collector and / or electricity.
Renting from Saturday to Saturday.
If necessary, you can go at the owner in Roccastrada free internet. Seating is available.

Location and surroundings of object

The stone house recently built in a rustic style is standing alone in a quiet location 5 km below Roccastrada Civitella Marittima (7 km). Well-kept grounds with stone / -and- cork oaks, fruit trees and larger planes land around the house around. Before the house is a large lawn spreads out with a few olive trees. View of the surrounding wooded hills, fields, olive groves and meadows. In Roccastrada, a town with a medieval old town and a small theater can be found all kinds of shops, bank, post office, pizzeria - restaurant with outdoor terrace, tennis court, signposted trekking paths.
The nearest sandy beaches are in Follonica + Castiglione della Pescaia, between 47 + 50 km. there are, a lake 33 km, the river Farma 19 km. The hot springs of Petriolo 20 km away, Siena 50 km Grosseto 37 km. Roccastrada is a town with old town and a small theater. After Follonica (the sea) is about 40 km away. More bathing facilities are in the river at Torniella (ca 13 km). The thermal springs of Petriolo within easy reach (approx 22 km). Roccastrada has a good infrastructure. You can find restaurants, shops of all kinds, bank, tennis court, trekking paths.

Beautiful holiday spent at Casa Ustica

We had a very nice holiday in this accommodation.
The landlady was very friendly and accommodating (speaks only Italian). The house was very lovingly furnished with beautiful details. Bath towels and towels, bed linen, as well as sunbeds and chairs for the beach were provided free of charge.
The only minus points for us (2 adults + 2 children) was a too small sofa and no oven.
So, all in all, highly recommended.

Casa Poggetto is a beautiful house in a secluded location.

The property is nice and big and the house is tastefully furnished. Everything you need was available, even wood and charcoal. It is nice and quiet because it is in a good secluded location. The sea is about 45 km away, but it is a good and fast drive. Many excursion possibilities. Supermarket Coop in Roccastrada quickly accessible. The landlord is nice and accommodating. They are always available for questions, but you have your absolute privacy. We were very satisfied and can clearly recommend it. Thanks to the owners and Mr. Schulze.

Absolutely relaxing holiday in Casa Poggetto

The house is a dream!
Everything is super beautiful. We had ten wonderful days. The location is very quiet in the middle of nature. A beautiful place away from any hustle and bustle. We will gladly come back!

Very lovingly furnished and above all really perfectly equipped, absolutely nothing is missing.

Idyllisches Ferienhaus

The holiday home is very beautiful, the location is perfect. Wonderful beaches and cities can be reached within an hour by car. The property is so large that you can move around undisturbed by strangers' eyes. The terrace offers a splendid panoramic view all the way to Monte Amiata. The equipment of the house is very good, everything you need for living and cooking is available. The landlords are extremely nice and helpful. All in all, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility.

A true oasis!

We enjoyed our vacation there very much! A perfect holiday destination to relax. It is not too far for trips to the sea and there is also a lake nearby. And thanks to the outdoor shower, it is very comfortable to stay on this beautiful property. We had our shepherd mix with us, who would have preferred to stay there. The large garden was perfect for him, and the lizards kept him entertained. The owner is extremely friendly. And the residents of Roccastrada were also very friendly and open to us. Nearby, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables directly from the farmer at a stand. This is highly recommended. There is nothing better than Italian tomatoes kissed by the sun! The house really has everything you need and it is very clean. A pool would have been the cherry on top! We brought an inflatable pool with us, so we didn't miss out on anything.

Beautiful house with a great plot

The house is very well suited for 2 people (with a dog). It is really well equipped, only small things are missing (e.g. German TV channels, for those who need it). Now just add a pool and it would be perfect :-)!

The owner is very nice and showed us everything we needed. Communication in English, Italian worked quite well.

Our dog loved the large, completely fenced property. He could run around and explore freely. A turtle also "resides" on the property and has occasionally visited the terrace.

In close proximity (walking distance), you can reach the beach from where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets over the sea.
