Terrace with outdoor seating, loungers, barbecue, sage / -and- rosemary bushes. Outdoor shower.
2000 m² of land completely fenced, gate with remote control, parking in house near under a sunshield. Outdoor lighting.
Good standard accommodation, 4-burner stove with hood and oven, refrigerator, TV-SAT, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
Washing machine.
Central heating with pellets. The wood for the fireplace is provided free.

Location and surroundings of object
The stone house recently built in a rustic style is standing alone in a quiet location 5 km below Roccastrada Civitella Marittima (7 km). Well-kept grounds with stone / -and- cork oaks, fruit trees and larger planes land around the house around. Before the house is a large lawn spreads out with a few olive trees. View of the surrounding wooded hills, fields, olive groves and meadows. In Roccastrada, a town with a medieval old town and a small theater can be found all kinds of shops, bank, post office, pizzeria - restaurant with outdoor terrace, tennis court, signposted trekking paths.
The nearest sandy beaches are in Follonica + Castiglione della Pescaia, between 47 + 50 km. there are, a lake 33 km, the river Farma 19 km. The hot springs of Petriolo 20 km away, Siena 50 km Grosseto 37 km. Roccastrada is a town with old town and a small theater. After Follonica (the sea) is about 40 km away. More bathing facilities are in the river at Torniella (ca 13 km). The thermal springs of Petriolo within easy reach (approx 22 km). Roccastrada has a good infrastructure. You can find restaurants, shops of all kinds, bank, tennis court, trekking paths.

Beautiful holiday spent at Casa Ustica
We had a very nice holiday in this accommodation.
The landlady was very friendly and accommodating (speaks only Italian). The house was very lovingly furnished with beautiful details. Bath towels and towels, bed linen, as well as sunbeds and chairs for the beach were provided free of charge.
The only minus points for us (2 adults + 2 children) was a too small sofa and no oven.
So, all in all, highly recommended.

Casa Poggetto is a beautiful house in a secluded location.
The property is nice and big and the house is tastefully furnished. Everything you need was available, even wood and charcoal. It is nice and quiet because it is in a good secluded location. The sea is about 45 km away, but it is a good and fast drive. Many excursion possibilities. Supermarket Coop in Roccastrada quickly accessible. The landlord is nice and accommodating. They are always available for questions, but you have your absolute privacy. We were very satisfied and can clearly recommend it. Thanks to the owners and Mr. Schulze.

Das Haus ist ein Traum!
Alles ist superschön. Wir hatten zehn herrliche Tage. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mitten in der Natur. Ein wunderschöner Platz abseits jeder Hektik. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet u.vor allem wirklich perfekt ausgestattet,es fehlt absolut nichts.
Im Aussenbereich hätten wir uns einen Tisch mit bequemen Stühlen gewünscht.

Idyllisches Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, die Lage ist ideal. Wunderbare Strände und Städte sind innerhalb einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Grundstück ist so groß, dass man sich ungestört von fremden Blicken bewegen kann. Die Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Fernblick bis zum Monte Amiata. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben und Kochen benötigt. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein idealer Ort um auszuspannen und die Ruhe zu genießen.

Eine wahre Oase!
Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen! Ein perfektes Urlaubsziel um abzuschalten. Für Ausflüge ans Meer ist es auch nicht zu weit und ein See befindet sich auch in der Nähe. Und durch die Außendusche lässt es sich auch auf diesem wunderschönen Grundstück sehr gut aushalten. Wir hatten unseren Schäferhundmischling dabei, der am liebsten dort geblieben wäre. Der große Garten war perfekt für ihn und die Eidechsen haben ihn gut unterhalten. Der Besitzer ist äußerst freundlich. Und auch die Bewohner von Roccastrada sind uns sehr freundlich und offen begegnet. Ganz in der Nähe kann man frisches Obst und Gemüse direkt vom Bauer an einem Stand kaufen. Das empfiehlt sich sehr. Nichts besseres, als von der Sonne geküsste, italienische Tomaten! Das Haus hat wirklich alles was man braucht und es ist sehr sauber. Ein Pool hätte dem ganzen noch eine Krone aufgesetzt! Wir hatten einen aufblasbaren Pool dabei, damit hat uns dann an nichts gefehlt.

Pool/Hitze
Das Haus ist sehr schön. Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen. Ein kleiner Pool wäre jedoch nicht schlecht, da es doch sehr heiß war. Die Abkühlung mit der Outdoor-Dusche war Klasse. Zum schlafen war es viel zu heiß, fast unmöglich. Eine kleine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer wäre evtl ratsam. Für den Hund war es super. Auslauf ohne Ende. Die Häufchen wurden von mir alle entfernt! Ansonsten wirklich traumhaft schön

Ein wunderschönes Haus in der Toskana
Dieses Haus hat uns auf Anhieb verzaubert. Das riesige Grundstück, das traumhafte Haus, die stilvolle Einrichtung, alles war wunderbar sauber und gepflegt.
Ein Haus mit viel Privatsphäre und romantischem Ambiente. Sandstränden und zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in unter einer Stunde Fahrzeit zu erreichen.
Einfach nur sensationell, wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Schönes Haus an schöner ruhiger Lage
Sehr zu empfehlen für Leute, die dem Alltagstress entpfliehen wollen. Ein Ort wo man sich gut erholen und entspannen kann.
Die Natur liegt vor der Haustüre.
Ein schöner Fleck Erde an den man gerne wieder einmal zurück kehren möchte.

Schönes Haus, mit tollem Grundstück
Das Haus ist sehr gut für 2 Personen (mit Hund) geeignet. Es ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, es fehlen nur Kleinigkeiten (z.B. deutsche Fernsehsender, wer das braucht).
Jetzt noch ein Pool und es wäre perfekt :-)!
Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hat uns alles nötige gezeigt. Auf Englisch, Italienisch hat das ganz gut geklappt.
Unser Hund fand das große, komplett eingezäunte, Grundstück super. Er konnte ordentlich rennen, stöbern. Eine Schildkröte "wohnt" auch auf dem Grundstück und hat immer mal wieder auf der Terasse vorbeigeschaut.
