The holiday house has a very central location in the resort area of Lojt Feriecenter / the Sandskaer Beach where it is located on a quiet and child-friendly street in a beautiful and idyllic environment. The resort area is particularly attractive for families with children, as the very short distance to both beaches, the common area with the outdoor pool and children playgrounds provides a lot of fun and exciting activities. The holiday house is also really good if you want vacation focused on relaxation and peace and quiet.

The holiday house has a total of six sleeping possibilities divided in two rooms with double beds, which both are adjustable ones, and a nice large loft with two sleeping possibilities. Especially the children love the cozy loft. There is a practical and functional kitchen with open access to the living room. The nice bathroom has a shower and heated floor.

There is electric heating in all the rooms but the main source of heat is the financially advantageous air-to-air heat pump. In the living room there is also a very good and stable woodburning stove. Tenants who wish to make use of this is of course very welcome to bring their own wood or wood briquettes.

In the living room there is a flat-screen TV connected to digital cable TV with more than 33 Danish, Scandinavian and German channels. Furthermore, there is radio, DVD player and last, but not least, freely accessible internet / WI-FI (30/30 Mbit speed - ideal for streaming and gaming).

At the entrance of the house from the partially covered terrace, which also is a comfortable shelter, you have a nice and lovely views over both the sea (the Little Belt) and green spaces. The large open terrace at the holiday house's garden door is located with wiev to a small wood area.

There are many garden furnitures, a large parasol and everything for the barbecue. You have parking options both on the lawn around at the holiday house or at the entrance of the house

Please notice that the holiday house is suitable for residential the ENTIRE year !

A shorter rental for example one to three days is of course also possible.

From the holiday house there is only :

● 200 meters to the idyllic and child-friendly beach with a jetty
or

● 300 meters to calm beach at the cozy Sandskaer campsite, where there also is a playground and a small cozy marina. At the campsite, there is another small playground and, not least, a kiosk / mini-market which is open during the summer.

From the Holiday house you have only 150 meters to the Center building at the common area which is open during the summer period. As tenant you of course have free access to this area. Here you will find:

Beautiful accommodation

Beautifully located holiday home in South Jutland (30 kilometers behind Flensburg)! The sea can be seen from the bedroom and is about a 5-minute walk away! Mr. Johansen (landlord) welcomed us super friendly and uncomplicated and explained everything! All in all a 10/10! Would love to come again.

Vacation in the countryside

Thank you very much for the great stay.
The house is beautifully located with a view of the water. It is lovingly furnished, and the kitchen is very well equipped.
The beds are electrically adjustable, which I found very pleasant.

PS: who liked to occasionally visit the painters present daily from nearby Aabenraa, to the mutual delight, and watched the building painting with interest (when he could secretly sneak away from our living area)
=> necessary infrastructure for self-catering in the nearby area (Löjt Kirkeby + Aabenraa)
=> had 2 weeks of happiness with the very good weather and Baltic Sea temperatures

House by the sea

Small beautiful cottage. 7 minutes walk to the sea. Very clean and a great landlord. You can take nice walks and meet nice people. Brugsen is a very nice supermarket, not even 7 minutes by car. Great people working there. And the pizzeria across the street is awesome. We will definitely come back.

Super family vacation

It was a super nice week for our family. The whole facility was very clean, the kiosk maybe a bit expensive, but otherwise great.
The beach was also great, it wasn't a white sandy beach but still beautiful and quiet, the water was also super clean.
The manager of house number 11 was very nice and helpful... as it is only about 30 km away from the German border, we could do some great shopping... Thank you for the great vacation.

Holiday with pet

We received a friendly welcome from Mr Glenn, and were shown around. The pictorial directions to the house were also very good. The house has everything you need in the household. We felt completely comfortable, everything was 100% intact and up to date. Beds can be adjusted electrically, induction cooker, and TV.
The fireplace gave us cosy hours. We would come back anytime.
The fantastic sunrises are great

Wenn Sie vom Ferienhaus ungefähr 200 Meter gerade aus Richtung Meer gehen, und dann 100 Meter rechts gehen dann kommen Sie direkt zu einem der drei Strände der Gegend ! Ohne jegliche Art von Treppen oder Hindernissen. Nur für Ihre Info.

Relaxed holiday

The house is very cosy and has very good kitchen equipment (good knives and pots)
The terrace is sheltered from the wind and the electrically adjustable beds are great for those who like to read in bed (I want to do that at home now too :)

We were lucky to be able to move into such a nice holiday home with our animals. Booking and handing over the keys were very well organised, the cottage corresponded exactly to the description and left nothing to be desired.
Any problems that arose were solved immediately and in a very service-oriented manner.
The location of the appealing holiday complex invites you to go for walks and watch lots of animals. Very nice!

simply very beautiful

We are a family of 4 plus a dog.
Everything is well furnished and the location very nice too, unfortunately our dog had to be kept on a leash all the time, there were just so many hates there, it was nice nevertheless.

Holiday home 11, top location, very clean!!!

We stayed in this house for the 2nd time and were again delighted with the cleanliness. The house is very well maintained and the landlord is very helpful and friendly. The house is located directly in the holiday centre and is ideal for families, as playgrounds, trampolines, the pool and beach are all within a few minutes' walk. We would love to come back!

Good location beautiful view.

Very lovely location of the facility, lots of forest and nature. Shopping at Brugsen or Netto is approximately 4.0 kilometers away, bread rolls and white bread available at the adjacent campsite. The house has a very nice room layout, but it needs a new floor covering and a fresh coat of paint inside. Unfortunately, the bathroom no longer meets today's standards, sky-blue tiles and a shower curtain are not acceptable.

Sehr schönes gemütliches Haus

Upon arrival, we found a beautiful and tidy house. The location and the view were gorgeous. The beach was clean. The best part for the children were the sleeping places in the loft.

Traumausblick

The house is well furnished. Everything necessary for daily eating is available. It was very relaxing. A great view of the Baltic Sea. The dog also felt comfortable. It would have been nice to have 2 or 3 more sun loungers available, as we mostly had fantastic weather.

Very nice!

We, 4 adults, had a great holiday with 3 small children (all 2 years old) and a dog.The holiday home is in good condition and we had enough space, also for the baby beds in the two bedrooms.The holiday complex is very child-friendly with many playgrounds and a small but ample pool area.With the car you can quickly reach shopping facilities, petrol stations, restaurants and much more.
We recommend this holiday home with a clear conscience!)

Short holidays with family

the sunrise could be seen from the bedroom if the view was good (but was only possible because my grandson, aged 3 1/2, had set his inner wake-up alarm for 5am). Jannik (grandson) enjoyed the walks on the beach and there was even a big trampoline where he had a lot of fun with mum and dad. We had a really nice time!

Very nice holidays!

Our house and the entire holiday complex were very nice and functional. The location is top - only a few minutes walk to the sandy beach and small harbour, to several playgrounds, the pool and the reception.
Very nice and helpful host who was happy to answer questions, give recommendations and help.

The owner of the "Family House 11" is retired E. Vissing. In contrast to me, he does not speak English and also does not live in the vicinity of the holiday house. As we know each other from the holiday house area, and since I already represent several holiday houses there, Mr. Vissing has left the rental to me. We have been doing like this for years now. I live just 3 kilometers from the house, which is very convenient when you are going to pick up the key. Because so there is neither no extra driving even unnecessary waiting for you !
