From both the living room and the large open terrace, you have a great and impressive view of a beautiful, large green area! Since the two terraces face south and west, you have the opportunity to enjoy both the sun until the last ray and the beautiful sunset. The smallest terrace of the holiday home is partially covered and directly accessible from the kitchen. The large, open green area right in front of both terraces of the holiday home is naturally suitable for all kinds of games/ball games. There are also two handball/soccer goals on the lawn area.

The holiday house No. G05 (GOLF-05) is located at Löjt Feriecenter / Sandskaer Strand on the beautiful Löjt Land on the east coast of South Jutland in Southern Denmark (North Schleswig) about 30 kilometers north of the federal border. From the holiday area, it is about three kilometers to the small town of Löjt Kirkeby. The larger town of Aabenraa is approximately 10 kilometers away. From the holiday home you have only:
* 450 meters to the quiet and child-friendly beach where there is also a pier

* 750 meters to the beautiful beach by the campsite where there is also a playground. Next to this beach is also a small cozy harbor / mooring. At the campsite, you will find a kiosk / mini-market, which is open during the summer period. From the vacation home, it is only 600 meters to the center at the common area, which is open during the summer half-year. As a tenant, you naturally have free access to this. Here you will find:

The holiday complex is very attractive for families with children, as the proximity to the beaches, the communal area with the outdoor pool and playgrounds offers many good and exciting opportunities for activities. And everything is just a short distance from the holiday home. The area is also great for guests who want to relax, rest and enjoy nature. There are also many good fishing opportunities.

A relaxing vacation in a well-equipped holiday home
Good equipment in the kitchen

Beds a bit too hard for us.

The wood stove creates a very cozy atmosphere and supports the heat pump.
Location was very nice, but due to very wet and windy weather, we could only enjoy the surroundings in the immediate vicinity.
Shopping was easily possible within 4 km.

Super
We felt very comfortable in the cozy holiday home. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and we lacked nothing. The house is wonderfully located - quiet, surrounded by greenery, and even our four-year-old could walk alone to the playground across the street.
We felt completely at ease and would come back anytime. Thank you!

Dreamlike location
We stayed at this beautifully situated holiday home over New Year's Eve. Even in bad weather, we enjoyed our accommodation with a book, crackling fire, and a view of the sea. The beach is about 100 meters away and can be reached via a somewhat dated bridge. The equipment has everything you need, a large refrigerator, only the beds could be a little harder. Many thanks also to our landlord, who explained everything to us in excellent German and even provided us with pictures. Booking and payment were super uncomplicated and we will definitely come back.

The owner of "Holiday House Denmark South" is Mr. S. Hansen. Unlike me, he does not speak German and does not live near the holiday home. Since we know each other from the holiday home area and since I already represent several holiday homes there, Mr. Hansen has left the renting to me. We have been doing it this way for years. I live only 4 kilometres from the holiday home, which is very convenient when you have to pick up the key. Because there is no extra driving or unnecessary waiting for you!
