Description
On two floors on the 1st floor and in the attic you will find two bedrooms for occupancy with a maximum of four people and a fully equipped kitchen. In the attic, a light-flooded studio invites you to linger. The covered outdoor seating area offers a beautiful view of the nearby church in the centre of the village. On the ground floor of the holiday home is a meeting room that is used privately once a month. So you have the whole house to yourself!
There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house for your use.
The house dates back to 1800, the attic with its three dormers was rebuilt in 2000, the facade was renewed in 2005. The shower room on the first floor was completely renovated in 2015 and new, allergy-friendly flooring was laid on this floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. As a special feature, a fully automatic Jura coffee machine is also available for fresh coffee enjoyment. Fast W-LAN access for our guests is free of charge!
You can receive TV via DAB+ in HD quality on a flat-screen TV.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is in an absolute central location adjacent to the historic Litschgi House from the 17th century. Town hall square, catholic church and the historic centre of the town are only 50-100 metres away.
A few metres away you will find an ice cream parlour, the historic Löwen inn with outdoor terrace and the excellent Greek eatery "Sonne" on the old Roman road and traffic-calmed main axis through the centre of Bad Krozingen.
The farmers' market on Lammplatz and Bahnhofsplatz several days a week is only a few 100 metres away. There you will find fresh products from the region directly from the producer!
The beautiful and spacious spa gardens of Bad Krozingen and the Vita Classica thermal baths with numerous wellness offers can be reached on foot in just a few minutes (approx. 500 metres)
A bakery with Sunday sales of baked goods and a grocery market are in the direct vicinity just 50 metres away. Bad Krozingen is an up-and-coming health resort and spa. It is known nationally as a health location - especially due to its university heart centre. The population is distributed between the core town and the 4 sub-villages of Biengen, Hausen, Schlatt and Tunsel
Bad Krozingen is centrally located in the Markgräflerland between Freiburg and Müllheim and has its own motorway exit on the A5 Karlsruhe-Basel. The historic town of Staufen and the municipality of Münstertal are in the immediate vicinity, providing access to the Black Forest. The Black Forest peaks Schauinsland, Belchen and Blauen are only a short drive away and invite you to enjoy magnificent panoramic views while hiking! Breisach am Rhein with its landing stage for Rhine shipping and the French border are only 25km away.
