Location and surroundings of object

Good restaurants with Spanish and international cuisine are located in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in just 3 minutes. A small supermarket is also not far away. Romantic coves, as well as the sandy beach 'Arenal' with its promenade, numerous shops, pubs, restaurants, and larger supermarkets can be easily reached by car in about 5–10 minutes.

The holiday home is located in a quiet villa area in Javea. Javea is located directly on the coast between Alicante and Valencia. Javea offers everything you could wish for a beautiful, relaxing, and varied holiday. Many small bays with crystal-clear water invite you to swim and dive. The town has a charming, historic old town with sights, many small alleys and rustic restaurants, a romantic harbor, and a sandy beach with a beautifully designed promenade. From Javea you can go on many excursions, such as to romantic coves, amusement and water parks in Benidorm, boat trips to nearby places, hikes in the hinterland. Javea and its surroundings are especially characterized by the green landscape and a constant Mediterranean climate. In summer, many small beach bars, so-called "Chiringuitos", invite you to relax, eat, and celebrate. From Denia, which is only 5 km away, you can also take a boat trip to Ibiza or Mallorca.
