The house is located near the resort 'Punta Verudela' and 'Golden Rocks' where the most attractive city beaches, as well as numerous other activities are (sports, disco, casino ...).
The proximity of the center provides access to all other facilities that are necessary for a pleasant and relaxing holidays (bank, market, post office, etc.).
For guests are provided parking for vehicles, as well as the possibility of using the grill. The history of Pula has been writing its 3000 years. Built on 7 hills at the edge of the beautiful bay city has many beautiful and interesting stories.
Today Pula is a city of contrasts and antiquities, a perfect interaction of turbulent history and the modern life of its current residents and visitors, Pula offers an amphitheater in optimum condition, the world's largest location of ancient amphorae, Temple of Augustus, many churches and monasteries, Venetian and Austro-Hungarian architecture, known for its diversity cuisine and wines, which can cost you in one of the many restaurants, museums, galleries, concert events, great nightlife and many other activities.

A vacation apartment as one can only wish for!!!
When entering the apartment, I was delighted to see the cleanliness and order, just like in the pictures. The entire property is lovingly cared for by the homeowner and his wife, something that some in Germany could learn from. The equipment is absolutely up to date and nothing is missing. At first glance, what looks like a sleeping couch is actually a real mattress hidden in the couch, so sleeping comfort like in a real bed. For the first time in my life, I had a clean air conditioning system that doesn't harbor dirt and dust. One can say about the location that everything can be reached in a short time by car, for those like me traveling by bike, one should not fear the occasional small hill, but one should ultimately earn their lunch. In the evening, 10 minutes by bike to the city, 10 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to the discount store, 2 minutes to the nearest restaurant.
For questions and concerns, you can approach the landlords at any time! I was helped immediately after encountering a sea urchin, which was not dramatic, but the good advice of a local is helpful in such a situation.
I would especially like to address the waste separation and behavior.
Anyone who thinks they can just throw all their trash into one bag is mistaken. In Pula, the waste separation is sometimes stricter than in Germany, which is associated with penalties or simply not taking the trash, so the homeowner also takes a closer look at what others have not rated, something to do with searching through garbage. Therefore, those who separate plastic, paper, and residual waste will have no worries. (I myself have experienced Poles who left a bottomless mess for the landlord, so bring some understanding). So if you are looking for a small holiday apartment with a great location and absolutely no compromises in comfort and quality, you will hardly find anything better. I would come back 100%!
A perfect holiday is guaranteed here, so don't think twice and seize the opportunity.
A small tip for those who want to rent a bike: the city center has many vendors, but they are way too expensive. 2 streets up, so on the main street, there is a small store ("Malupe" Rizzijeva 35) where you can really get good prices and service like in a picture book ;)
I can only say thank you very much, you are more than well taken care of with the Gavran family and don't need to worry about anything.

Konfortable und moderne Ferienwohnung
Well-furnished, affordable apartment with a large outdoor area including a grill, garden, and dining table. A small supermarket is within walking distance, but it takes about 25 minutes by bus to reach the city center and also around 25 minutes on foot to the nearest beach. All in all, a good value for the price!
