The house is located near the resort 'Punta Verudela' and 'Golden Rocks' where the most attractive city beaches, as well as numerous other activities are (sports, disco, casino ...).
The proximity of the center provides access to all other facilities that are necessary for a pleasant and relaxing holidays (bank, market, post office, etc.).
For guests are provided parking for vehicles, as well as the possibility of using the grill. The history of Pula has been writing its 3000 years. Built on 7 hills at the edge of the beautiful bay city has many beautiful and interesting stories.

Eine Ferienwohnung wie man sie sich nur wünchen kann!!!
Beim betreten der Wohnung war ich wie auf den Bilder gut zusehen von der Sauberkeit und Ordnung verzückt. Das komplette Anwesen wird liebevoll vom Hausherr und seiner Frau gehegt und gepflegt, das sich in Deutschland der ein oder andere was abgucken kann. Die Ausstattung ist auf dem absolut neusten Stand und es fehlt an nichts.Was auf den ersten Blick wie eine Couch zum schlafen aussieht, ist in Wirklichkeit eine richtige Matratze die sich in der Couch verbirgt, also Schlafkomfort wie in einem richtigen Bett. Zum ersten mal in meinem Leben hatte ich eine Saubere Klimaanlage die keinen Dreck und Staub in sich birgt.
Zur Lagen kann man sagen, mit dem Auto ist alles in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen, wer wie ich mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist, der sollte nicht den ein oder anderen kleinen Berg fürchten, doch man soll sich sein Mittagessen schließlich auch verdienen. Abends in die Stadt mit dem Fahrrad 10 min, an den Strand 10 min, zum Discounter 2 min, zum nächsten Restaurant 2 min.
Bei fragen und anliegen kann man zur jederzeit zu den Vermietern gehen!
Mir würde sofort geholfen, nachdem ich Bekanntschaft mit einem Seeigel gemacht habe, was nicht dramatisch ist, doch der gute Rat eines Einheimischen ist hilfreich in einer solchen Situation.
Ganz besonders möchte ich noch die Mülltrennung und das Verhalten ansprechen.
Wer meint er könnte seinen Müll einfach alles in eine Tüte werfen, der irrt. In Pula ist die Mülltrennung teils strenger als in Deutschland, was mit Strafen oder einfacher Nichtmitnahme des Mülls verbunden ist, darum wirft der Hausherr auch einen genaueren Blick darauf, was nicht wie einen andere Bewertet hat, etwas mit Müll durchsuchen zu tun hat.
Wer also Plastik,Papier und Restmüll trennt, der wird keine Sorgen haben.
( Habe selbst Polen erlebt, die dem Vermieter eine bodenlose Sauerei hinterließen, also etwas Verständnis mitbringen).
Wer also eine kleine Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage und absolut keinen Abstrichen in Komfort und Qualität sucht, der wird kaum was besseres finden. Ich würde zu 100% wieder kommen!!!
Hier wird einem ein perfekter Urlaub garantiert, also nicht lange überlegen und zuschlagen.
Kleiner Tip für all jene, die ein Fahrrad Leihen wollen, die Innenstadt bietet viele Händler, die jedoch viel zu teuer sind. 2 Straßen oberhalb, also an der Hauptstraße, befindet sich ein kleiner Laden ( "Malupe" Rizzijeva 35 oder unterdort bekommt ihr echt gut Preise und einen Service wie aus dem Bilderbuch ;)
Ich kann nur vielen Dank sagen, man ist bei der Familie Gavran mehr als gut aufgehoben und brauch sich um nichts sorgen machen.

Konfortable und moderne Ferienwohnung
Schön eingerichtete, preisgünstige Wohnung mit grossem Aussenbereich mit Grill, Garten und Esstisch, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuss erreichbar, jedoch dauert es mit dem Bus ca. 25 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum und ebenfalls etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuss an den nächstgelegenen Strand. Alles in allem ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis!
