Super Ferienhaus

We felt very comfortable. The house is very well equipped. Of course, the pool is great. The contact with Mrs. Stoff is very friendly and uncomplicated.

Great holiday at Florida Cottage

We were guests at Florida Cottage for 12 days in March 2019. The cottage is very large, very clean and well equipped. It corresponds exactly to the description and the pictures here at holiday home rental and is very beautiful.

The contact with the landlady Mrs Stoff was very friendly and uncomplicated. The house manager Roman was also very nice and helpful. He speaks fluent German.

The house is very quiet but still centrally located. Excursion destinations and shopping facilities are easy to reach by car. Information material on excursions, etc. is abundantly available in the house.

We had a wonderful holiday in Florida as well as in the holiday home "Florida-Cottage" and will definitely come back again!

Feel good and relax

Hello Mrs. Stoff,
We liked your holiday cottage from the first moment. Except for the cushions for the sun loungers, we didn't miss anything. We were especially pleased with the comprehensive compilation of information. Roman was also always available, responded immediately and was always able to help us with questions/problems.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem super Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sauber , ordentlich und gepflegt . Es fehlt an nichts . Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen . Man hat sehr viel Platz . Vom ersten Augenblick an habe ich mich wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus liegt ruhig , dennoch aber zentral und ist gut angebunden um Einkäufe (ALDI, Save a Lot, Walmart) schnell erledigen zu können .
Nach Tagestouren (Sanibel Island, Naples, Ft.Myers Beach, Everglades, Lovers Key State Park, etc...) kann man sich am/im solarbeheizten Pool optimal erholen.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unkompliziert . Emails wurden sofort beantwortet und last, but not least: ein Kompliment auch an den hilfsbereiten, kompetenten Verwalter vor Ort . Gerne komme ich wieder !!

TRAUMHAFT

It is impossible to put into words how fantastic the house and the vacation as a whole were. The first days were an experience as there was so much to discover in the house. Everything was super clean, and we even got to see a pool boy in action. We usually went on package holidays, but this one cannot be beaten. Sehr schönes Feriendomizil

My daughter Jessica and I spent two great holiday weeks in this beautiful house.
The contact was very pleasant, everything worked great from the start. The local property management was perfect, we already knew Mr. Roman Mayer from 4 stays in Lehigh Acres.
The house is in a very well-kept condition, looked like it was freshly painted.
Absolutely recommended and my first choice for a vacation.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus

The holiday home is very spacious and practical, the double garage was also pleasant, as shopping and other items could be transported directly from the garage to the house. We were surprised that the house was very solidly built, actually no different from German houses. The house and the furnishings appeared to be in new condition and of high quality. Everything was in good condition, a pool keeper came every week and the lawn was regularly mowed. All rooms are nicely and modernly furnished, with pleasant, warm colors and well-equipped technologically. We found the beds and mattresses to be new and of high quality. Due to the air conditioning and ventilation system with a filter, there was no dust or pollen in the house - ideal for allergy sufferers. The huge pool and terrace are protected by a cage (with wire mesh), so we were not bothered by flies, mosquitoes, etc. Furthermore, the pool and terrace are surrounded by bushes and not visible from the neighborhood. The property manager is from Germany and provided a good explanation of all essential things about the house and the surrounding area during the introduction. You could also call him for any other questions. After touring Florida last year, we enjoyed returning to our quiet and luxurious holiday home after our tours and beach outings this year - it was much more relaxing. The house is located a bit inland, but it is very affordable for this quality. While on vacation, we visited acquaintances staying in a holiday home in Cape Coral (with canal access) that was about the same in terms of amenities. The price, however, was significantly higher, and in our opinion, it is only worth it if a boat is rented at the same time and it should be directly at the house. The distances for tours and beach trips are still approximately the same.

Tolles Haus

My niece and I stayed in this beautiful house for 2.5 weeks. The contact from the inquiry to the departure after the lovely vacation was uncomplicated and very nice. The property management was also very nice. Everything necessary is located nearby, about 5 minutes by car. The house is well-equipped and spacious enough for 5 people. If Florida is my vacation destination again, this house will be my first choice. We felt at home. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation.

Pleasant stay in a very well-maintained house.

Our first vacation in Florida. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and layout of the rooms. A kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and oven, as well as a washer and dryer, are useful facilities that make the vacation very enjoyable if you want to take care of yourself. You can also barbecue wonderfully on the terrace even in the rain (!), the grill is gas-powered. Sufficient towels for the bathroom and pool so you don't have to wash every day. The beds are huge and very comfortable. The rooms are tastefully furnished, one with a walk-in closet. Overall, the house is well-maintained, and you feel comfortable from the first day. The pool is heated, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Grocery shopping for daily needs can be easily done. However, without a car, you have no chance. The house is highly recommended. The booking request went smoothly, the property manager is very reliable and gave us good tips. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday. We would definitely book the cottage again.

Beautiful summer holiday

The house is in very good condition and comfortable. It is large and modernly furnished. Beautifully decorated. 5 minutes by car to the supermarket. Pool and garden are well maintained. Highly recommended!!!! Had a very nice summer there.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus 2016-05-16

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr großzügig und praktisch geschnitten, die Doppelgarage war auch angenehm, da Einkäufe und die sonstigen Sachen direkt von der Garage ins Haus transportiert werden konnten. Wir waren überrascht, dass das Haus sehr massiv gebaut war, eigentlich kein Unterschied zu den deutschen Häusern. Das Haus und die Einrichtung wirkten neuwertig und von hoher Qualität. Es war alles „in Schuss“, jede Woche kam ein Pool-Keeper und regelmäßig wurde der Rasen geschnitten. Sämtliche Räume sind hübsch und modern eingerichtet, mit angenehmen, warmen Farben versehen und technisch gut ausgestattet. Die Betten bzw. die Matratzen empfanden wir als neu und hochwertig. Durch die Klimaanlage und die Lüftung des Hauses mit Filteranlage gab es im Haus kein Staub und keine Pollen - für Allergiker ideal. Der riesige Pool und die Terrasse sind durch ein Cage (mit Drahtgitter) geschützt, so dass wir nicht durch Fliegen, Mücken etc. belästigt wurden. Ferner sind Pool und Terrasse durch Büsche umgeben und von der Nachbarschaft nicht einsehbar. Der Hausverwalter kommt aus Deutschland und konnte uns alle wesentlichen Dinge zum Haus und der weiteren Umgebung bei der Einweisung gut erklären. Auch bei sonstigen Fragen konnte man ihn anrufen. Nachdem wir im letzten Jahr eine Rundreise durch Florida gemacht haben, haben wir es dieses Jahr genossen, nach unseren Touren und Strandausflügen immer wieder in unser ruhiges und luxuriöses Ferienhaus zurückzukehren - es war einfach viel entspannter. Das Haus liegt etwas im Landesinneren, dafür ist es aber sehr preiswert für diese Qualität. Wir hatten im Urlaub Bekannte in einem Ferienhaus in Cape Coral (mit Zugang zum Kanal) besucht, das ungefähr gleichwertig von der Ausstattung war. Der Preis war aber wesentlich höher und es lohnt sich unserer Meinung nach nur, wenn gleichzeitig ein Boot gemietet wurde und es direkt am Haus liegen soll. Die Entfernungen für Touren und Strandausflüge sind dennoch ungefähr gleich.
