In the midst of vast forests, meadows and fields, in the quiet southwest of the island of Rügen, lies the former Klein Stubben estate. The artist couple Christiane and Sebastian van Schie have lovingly restored the old estate to life over many years and have lived here since 1990. A 2-hectare property with a pond and island, hidden, romantic spots and countless botanical features with changing blooms invite you to relax and discover.
With a little luck, grey herons and kingfishers, mallards and marsh harriers can be observed from the terrace. Deer graze on the meadow at dawn and the fox laces through the garden.
Long walks on summer paths and swimming in the turquoise waters of the nearby 20-metre-deep chalk spring lake entice you to unwind and recharge your batteries. A place for creativity, painting, writing and poetry.

The holiday home in the manor park is located far from the summer tourist hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea resorts, in a completely secluded setting. The holiday home (built in 1922) was completely renovated and expanded in 2009 and stylishly furnished. The living area is equipped with a wood-burning stove, oak furniture, a double bed, sound system with radio, CD player and headphones. For your relaxation, there are audio plays, audiobooks, a CD collection, games, illustrated books and novels, but deliberately no television. The modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, toaster, ceramic cooktop, electric oven, and electric kettle. In the shower bathroom with WC and bidet there is also a washing machine.
In the garden park area, in addition to the 15 sqm south-facing terrace with garden furniture and sunshade, you will find various seating areas as well as a wood-fired sauna.

| After returning the signed rental contract and transferring the rent, the holiday home is reserved bindingly. The additional costs for the sauna and the firewood for the wood-burning stove or the fire bowl only apply if used. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

In our holiday home you will find an extensive collection of books about the island, but also illustrated books about gardening and a little entertainment. If required, Reiki treatments, Qi Gong and Tai Chi individual lessons are available.
