The house has a pure living area of approx. 150 sqm. The approx. 30 sqm living room is cozily furnished and has a separate dining area. Here there is a television with satellite antenna for receiving almost all German radio and television programs in digital quality, as well as a stereo system with DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. Also available: washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. There are double beds in the three bedrooms.
There are several large terraces around the house. In addition, there is a roof terrace of about 150 sqm. In the garden there is the pool with external dimensions of about 6 x 4 m. Sun loungers are available in sufficient quantity. A table tennis table is available.
Towels, bath towels, dish towels and bed linen are provided. Please only bring beach towels, as the house towels should not be taken to the beach.
IMPORTANT! We expressly point out to guests that part of the basement in the house is mostly used by the owner's son. It is a completely separate living area and from there, no areas of the pool, garden, and outdoor terrace, as well as individual rooms in the house, are visible. The use of the main house is not restricted by this, and in particular the pool, garden, terrace, barbecue area, and outdoor kitchen are available to you without limitation and exclusively. We kindly ask you to take note of this and check whether this is acceptable for you!

Location and surroundings of object
The distances by car to the airport amounted to approximately 15 minutes, according to Arona 1 minute, 5 minutes to La Camella, to the beaches of Los Cristianos or Las Americas 10 to 15 minutes. A car is needed. Only a few hundred meters away from the center Aronas, but very quiet, is the Finca "Casa Maria". You do not need to walk 5 minutes. Holiday Casa Maria
We stayed at Casa Maria for the 14th time this year and we really liked it again. Above all, we are very attracted by the quiet location and the great view. Moreover, the owners of the house are very nice people. Some things in the house could be more modern. We will be back next year!

Never had such a neglected house before!
Upon arrival at the property, we were greeted by a man who did not speak a word of English or German! We were explained everything in Spanish, handed the keys, paid the rent, and then we were on our own! As my wife started unpacking our luggage, deficiencies began to surface one after another! It was very cold in the house, but there were 3 radiators available for heating, which were necessary! The kitchen equipment was okay, but there was no microwave! The fridge is large but has few shelves, the remaining ones were found and hung by us, the containers in the door were missing completely. The door rubber was black and probably had not been cleaned for a long time! The bathroom was disgusting, behind the toilet and bidet, a strip of about 10 cm was completely calcified, the shower tray and walls with the seals and drain were completely calcified and black! A blue shower mat underneath was completely black and dirty! Around the house, many seating and lounging options but all dirty and the cushions and pillows dirty, straps torn! The table tennis table totally rusted! The barbecue area! We didn't want to prepare food there! The whole terrace tiles full of paint splatters and not cleaned in a long time! The laundry room with sink only dirty! The garden a desert! Such a shame, with a little effort, it could be a paradise! My wife cleaned for 2 days to make it somewhat livable for us! After our complaint to the intermediary, the owner came and tried to clean some things, with the result that the floors in the kitchen and living room were just as smeared as before! I can provide evidence with photos! I hope that my contribution will give a push for improvements to the next renters! Eduard, Christine, and Ute.

Casa Maria Arona Tenerife
We have been spending our holidays here far away from tourism for 5 years and the 6th stay is already booked.
The house is in a very quiet location on the outskirts of the unspoilt village of Arona.
If you want to enjoy peace, relaxation, privacy and a wonderful view in a very spacious house, you are in good hands here.
The entire booking process was perfect.
The owners of the house - lovely people - ensure a pleasant stay.

Excellent vacation!
We, my husband and I, had a wonderful holiday in September 2016 at Casa Maria.
The house is very clean, well-equipped, and as shown in the photos.
We had a very relaxing time, the house is in a very quiet location, yet it is very easy to reach Arona on foot or by car. The town is well-maintained and the locals, whether in restaurants or supermarkets, are very friendly and helpful.
The booking through Teneriffa2000 worked perfectly, the welcome with the owner was very warm and uncomplicated, and we were able to enjoy our stay from the first to the last day.
We were very sad when our vacation days were over and it was time to go home, but we would love to come back again.
